If "there is always a need for people to stand up and be counted" for Blacks and Latinos then why don't any white people ever advocate for their race without being demonized? It just doesn't make any sense.

Because black culture is retarded, it's a childish conceit, and needs to be propped up by whites or they'll collapse under their own weight like everywhere else in the world, with absolutely no exceptions.
Same with Latinos, just not as bad as the blacks.
As long as we have forced integration, we have to carry on with the black history month charade.
