Recently manufacturers have come from all over the world to display their wares at numerous well-attended trade shows and conferences, encouraged by the fact that China has declared in its latest five-year plan that it intends to encourage consumption in China including personal boating and flying.

It's not the small companies that are moving to China, but the big ones! Small companies are better to work for, unless they get greedy and sell out to bigger companies like Dixon Industries did. When they did that, it was the beginning of the end for the company and the loss of 200 jobs.
