Are you sure about the date? No U.S. silver dollars were minted in 1943. The Peace dollar was minted from 1921 to 1935 and they all used a "V" instead of a "U" in the word "TRUST". Total mintage for the series was several hundred million with most neither rare or valuable. A lot depends on the grade, or condition, of the coin.

It has to be a 1934. No dollars were made in 1943.
