Large collection of early 1900s coins

I have inherited a large collection (a medium sized box) full of coins and dollar bills from the early 1900s. I am interested in liquidating this, but am not certain of what would be the best channel for liquidation.
I am looking at one particular part of the collection right now. A series of booklets that are partially filled with coins of all sorts: silver dollars, buffalo nickels, dimes, etc. You can view a sample of the silver dollars here:
1) I am thinking about selling this off piece by piece on eBay. I did sell an excellent condition ~1918 Lincoln/Grant dollar bill, but was disappointed after receiving only $65 in auction. Before selling anything further, I want to ask your opinion on whether eBay is a good channel to liquidate such collectible precious metal coins?
2) Do you think this collection is worth more sold as a single collection, or do you think the sum of the parts is greater than the whole?
Thanks for your feedback. Feel free to email me directly [email protected]
