I have one of the new quarters and the design was stamped on half of the quarter on both sides. The other have on both side is slick with no design. How can I find out if it has any value?

Hi! It sounds like you have an off-center strike and it does have value. Error collectors are always looking for examples and the further off the better. One place you can look is e-bay's ended auctions. These are values for coins that have actually sold. Another place is a local coin shop. They may low-ball the value and offer to buy it for a pittance only to sell it to a collector for a bundle. You DO NOT have to sell it if the amount seems low; like just a few dollars. If you know a collector you could ask them too. Good luck!
