OK - how do they do this? Hire someone to wear a sheet and scare the crap out of the visually impaired because they can't see the real ghosts?

The headline is dumber than the stupid "ghost walks." Go visit your your neighbor who you've probably never met. They're alive, and you might enjoy the relationship...
