I would like to know why the students at the Westerly High School are being let back in the school after ten days after seeing a psyhiatrist?

The last I knew making a threat on someone's life is a death threat correct, whether be a note or another way?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

I think that this situation went a bit out of control in the sense that the students involved were actually didn't write a death threat so yep that's mine....
