DA's investigation continues, election timing taken into consid...

A criminal investigation of a city councilman is progressing but a Los Angeles County District Attorney said Tuesday the upcoming election will influence the timing of an announcement if he decides to file charges.

I remember before they were talking about putting a left turn pocket in there previously. But they had a traffic engineering study and it proved too close to Washington Blvd. and would be too dangerous. Then Beilke majority decided to "votes" it in. Now the intersection gets backed up with cars stuck at the red light just a few hundred feet from Washington. Many times idiot drivers clog the intersection making it dangerous for not only regular drivers but for sheriffs and other emergency vehicles.

i cannot understand how the coming election can influence the District Attorney of Public Integrity unit to further his process of the conviction of Councilman Ron Beilke. If this occurs after the election then we, residents of Pico Rivera, have to foot the cost of a SPECIAL ELECTION. I hope District Attorney Demergien will decide to process this long delay of 2006 now. DO we want to pay for an expensive SPECIAL ELECTION? Call or write to the District Attorney Demergien for quick results.

Has anyone noticed that the politicians seem to be a lot more sleezy than they have been in the past? Look at Montebello. They also have some questionable politcians. Unless the people speak up by voting them out of office, the sleezy politics will continue.

Ron is a good business man,he is no fool, if the work on the street helped his business well good for him. When the work was being done he lost alot of business because there was little access to Weiner, I know because business was slow and he lost money during the construction! My question is - if the DA received the complaints in 2007 how are they claiming that the timing of the election, 2 years later, is a consideration of the announcement to charge Beilke or not? Why would they be hesitant to make that announcement Beilke was INNOCENT??????

Yup!! You can say anything negative about Raul Murga, but he was right all along.

So what will you say when Beilke WINS? BS is still BS when it comes from Raul Murga. And just when did Beilke vote himself a new driveway? Wasn't the design of the entire MarketPlace a separate vote that Beilke recused himself from? Who cares about the FACTS anyways...the voters of Pico Rivera do who will re-elect Ron Beilke, that's who!

Yup, I could say that BS is BS especially when it comes from minions like yourself. But that would be as childish as your comments. So let's see - Beilke championed Gallegos, the felon and Archuleta, the tax evader and Montebello resident (weeks before the candidate filing for Pico Rivera) and succeeded in getting them elected by withholding the facts about both. Then they appoint Planning Commissioners that approve a driveway to Beilke's business and nets Beilke two additional parking spaces for which there is no record of purchase. As previously posted, there had already been a determination that the left turn lane/driveway access was determined to be "dangerous" so close to the intersection. So how was the plan passed and WHO influenced it?

Whether directly or indirectly, Beilke used his position for his own self-betterment because he is a sick, narcissistic, twisted, sexual deviant predator, felonious thief, and self-righteous anal orifice.

And those are his good points!!

But anyway, he is all puckered up over this latest article. Maybe Fuentes will unpucker him!

It's okay to be a good business man but even good business man have to OBEY THE LAW!!! Not operate above it like having their, and their families parking tickets exempt from being issued. As for Beilke, himself, he attend the required classes for elected officials and was instructed on what constituted a conflict of interest. So HE LIED when he admitted "making a mistake" (his own words)because he did not know! He lied when h said he did not know about the Utility Tax before voting on it, and he lied when he said that he didn't know about Gallegos' felony arrest and conviction. So I don't know about you, but in my book 3 lies and your out!!!
