Why does Homeland Security need these vast amounts of ammo?
Lets leave the politics out of this one, doesn't anyone find this puzzling?
Usually local authorities handle any civil disturbances, if they cannot the State governor calls out the National guard, our neighbors in uniform.
The local people in Boston handled that terrorist attack, why does DHS need so much ammo? What are they expecting?
Why NO transparency? They work for us, remember.
