I too have just returned home to the US from a Mission trip in Trujillo. A marvelous experience that truly fit my Spirit. As we were travelling back to the San Pedro Sula airport, we ran into our only traffic delay which was all of 15-20 minute due to the Zalaya supporters blocking the road. We were to be a group of 14, and 7 of us still came to Honduras for the Mission. I felt safe. There were no issues. Imports were stopped which meant I couldn't have any orange juice one morning - big deal! I agree with David Maxted's recent comment about the political issues in Honduras and in my opinion, there will always be diversity in all things. Why does everything in our lives have to be complicated and full of Chaos. It's always about money and Power. My goodness, Let's just get along, PLEASE! Be Christians!
