Of course the Democrats want to grab the guns, but we have enough Republicans to keep them from it. When we lose the Supreme Court, then you can worry. Obie will nominate at least 2 likely 3 new Justices. And they will be anti 2nd amendment.

Which current Supreme Court justices are anti 2nd amendment? And please cite your evidence.

No, not. Not if he's impeached, right along with Biden for treason.

2nd amendment rulings are always 5-4 with this court, always the same 5, and the same 4. There were 2 major gun rights bills in the past 5 years, and we won 5-4. We just need one dead conservative justice for Obama to nominate a liberal in the Conservative seat, and your gun rights are gone. You voted for the Government you deserve.

Tell that to the victims of the Aurora CO theater massacre.

What does one nut opening fire in a movie theater have to do with being attacked by our federal government?
If anything, that incident makes a case against allowing any lunatic to own a gun.

Your screen name should be "Unsuccessful patient of Dr Freud". A bit overlong, I agree. How about "Freud Fraud"?

So, you would place the entire blame on corporate blame. There are so many factors which combined to allow the collapse to occur. But, like a good little liberal youíre willing to lay the entire blame at the feet of greedy corporations.
Do you also support the efforts of Occupy Wall Street?
For the cause I do. Now, lack of proper government oversight and regulation ALLOWED it to happen. But when you blame the government you are admitting that industry needs government oversight and regulation for the good of America.

70%= Industry
10%= Flippers and other investors
20%= Government with 12% being Republican and 8% being Democrat.

Here is why:

1. Non-banking lenders were not regulated by the federal government and the federal government would not allow state governments (like Georgia) to properly use their authority. The vast majority (~90%) of bad sub-prime loans originated from non-banking lenders.

2. Mortgage Backed Securities (and all their derivitives) were not regulated or had any oversight at all.

3. Financial institutions shopped around Moody's, Fitch's and S&P for good ratings and they were happy to provide them.......for a price. "AAA" for sale! Step right up and get them while they are hot?"

4. Goldman Sachs and others lied to investors and withheld information that was important about the quality of MBSs and their derivatives as they sold them to pension funds and others.

It has nothing to do with being liberal or Republican, it has to do with wanting to know the truth so it can be fixed. Sorry you are not interested, that would make you part of the problem.

You miss the point again. I didn't say it had anything to do with being attacked by our federal government.
The point is, what are the odds of getting gunned down or fired upon in a movie theater? Yet it happened. I'm sure the victims would have preferred to have been prepared in retrospect.

Last time I checked, it's already illegal for a lunatic to own a gun.

That is in violation of free speech.
A corporation has no right to free speech except what we allow. We allow free speech to the extent that is required for the conduct of business.

Yes, we have gotten away from that under a silly notion that "Corporations are people too." If so, we need only one tax code and set of taxes and no corporation should be allowed a deduction that human people are not allowed.

We can also insist on truth in advertising. Any ad trying to get around "truth in advertising" like an opinion should have to carry a banner prominently across the top that says "I may be lying."

Being paranoid goes way beyond normal suspicion. And if they are not really after you, it is still being paranoid.

Yes, and since Aurora it has become so possible and so probable that movie theaters sit vacant. They don't even show movies anymore.

I am sure you had a point but I think it flew away.

And no, it is not illegal for all lunatics to own a gun. I think there is only something about being a danger to themselves or others.

you need to drive by our local movie theaters on a weekend night. They are packed like parking lot overflowing packed. There are three within 15 miles of each other and they have suffered no losses. You want to know why? Because in this little town in which I live people pack guns. Pass a law everybody except felons and mentally impaired are required to carry a gun. Bet you crime rate drops quick style you my friend are a fool. Movie theaters have stope showing movies.... What an idiot
