Well in both Tennessee and Kentucky, the preferred medical care provider is a Witch Doctor who barters in trade for his home remedies and recipes.

So a 290% increase in retrospect is only $29.00 in 2013 dollars and a pot of road kill stew..... It's not like there is some over supply of Doctors and Medical facilities in the back country of Kentucky or Tennessee.

If you're employed and covered by your employer why would there been a need to shop for health care insurance?

Poor people have free Health Care and have since 1965, why would they sign up?

it makes all the sense in the world for the sick to sign up, they couldn't get Health insurance without the new law.

It's only logical, if your healthy why
would you pay for it if you can sign
up later on when you do need it.
Ignorantly thought through system.
It can't work unless people in good
health (the young) pay into the pot
and keep it well funded.
So guess who will foot this bill.
They have to cover preconditions, why would I pay my premium unless I had need of coverage.
I won't pay a cent into it until needed.
And all young people are thinking the same as me.
Idiotic set up.
I'm going to work the system for my benefit, not yours.

Why are you so excited about this, not working, down on your luck.

I simply posted what I know millions like you are going to do(slug).

As far as a one time inrollment, I think you had better take a closer look. What if I quit or lose my job.

And for your info....I currently have insurance and pay out of my own pocket 43 dollars a week and my employer picks up the remainder.

What do you pay Slug, you game the system don't you.

Your not very good at math are you.
If it's only the sick or single unemployed mother signing up the
system will implode. It cannot fund
itself without middleclass support.
Look at America...400lb fat asses at the age of 35, those are the people who are going to sign up.

Can't be done.

I may as well continue my little rant.
I have no problems with the children and elderly receiving health care from the state, in fact I demand that they receive it.

But when it comes to life style choices I draw a red line.
Drunks, addicts ,fat people and young pregnant girls need counsel
along with the freebies that are being handed out.
You fuxked up your own lives, your not laying it on me.

A family of four can receive tax credits for incomes between $32,500 and $94,200.

Employees who pay more than 9.5 percent of their wages to participate in an employerÂ’s health plan may receive tax credits.

Employees whose employers pay less than 60 percent of the health benefits may also qualify for the Obamacare price.

You are the cause of
You donot understand the real-world.

[1]
You are beliving in a fantacy and delusion about developed-countries.

[2]
But, even if your fantasy and delusion about developed-countreies is true,
in developed-countries,
people will die after they are at the age of 65-year-old,
if they have not paid fees of pensions and health-care till they are at the age of 65-year-old.

In developed-countries,
people will be dead in a ditch after they become 65-year-old,
if they have not paid fees of pensions and health-care till they are at the age of 65-year-old.

Or, who will feed them?!?!?!?!?

(Maybe, the rich may ber able to send different lives.)

[3]
And, the real-worls is harder than your fantasy and delusion.

Is there any workers in starbucks whose age are 65-year-old or older?
Are there any gramma and grampa whose ages are 65-year-old or older in starbucks?

Is there any workers in Wal-Mart whose age are 65-year-old or older?
Are there any gramma and grampa whose ages are 65-year-old or older in Wal-Mart?

Workers there have been forced to work at $8 per hour,
and those workers will be fired nefore their age of 30 or 40 or 50 or 60.

They cannot have jobs even till their age of 65-year-old!!!

People in developed-countries
must pay their fees of pensions and health-care till they become 65-year-old,
but they cannot have jobs till they become 65-year-old!!!

They will be fired before they become 40-year-old!!!

And, they cannot save money for their post-retirement-years, because their salaries are $8 per hour!!!

[4]
To the contrary,
If they donot go crazy under thios condition,
they are super and special in a sense.

Who will hire 60-year-old gramma and grampa???

(You must not pick up rare exceptional examples!!!)

[5-1]
In developed-countries,
people should pay fees for breathing air and drinkiung water!!!

In developed-countries,
people should pay money in order to only survive and in order only to live!!

In developed-countries,
people should pay money for only living their houses!!!

In developed-countries,
people should pay inhabitant-tax (resident-tax)!!!

In developed-countries,
electricity and water are NEVER free!

Developed-countries' facilities cannot be made for free!!!

(Or, you dig water-wells and get some water from those water-wells???)
(And, you donot use electricity???)
(You are using oils from crops for light???)
(You are using small oil lamps??? And those oil are from crops??)
(You cultivate those crops???)

Even police and fire-department are not free!!!

[5-2]
What is worse,
if you live self-sufficient-lives around there without permission,
you will be arrested!!!

In developed-countries,
you can NEVER live without MONEY!!!

[6]
So, people become crazy and cause mass-shootings!!!

You are the cause!!
You must retire now!
You must be fired!!!

[7]
So,, the U.S. must make cars in the U.S.,
and the U.S. must export those cars from the U.S. to the world now!

The U.S. must get market-share of cars IN THE WORLD NOW!

The U.S. has NO MONEY!!!

Export, export, export!!!

Maybe, you may not understand thse till you become the victims of mass-shootings.

[7-2]
So, both Romney and Clinton must be fired!!!

Romney is NEVER a business-man!!!
Clinton NEVER understand what ordinary-people's-lives are like!!!

Top1%, Romney and Clinton, media, economists are useless!!!

[8]
And, so, I hate Japan and Japanese-people.
America's top1% and Japan are exactly the same.
America's top1% and Japanese-people are exactly the same.
I cannot understand Japan nor Japanese-people.
They are useless-stupid-lazy-dull-disgu sting-rich-boys!

Starbucks destroyed mom's and pap's coffee-shops.
Wal-Mart destroyed mom's and pap's stores.
Amazon destroyed mom's and pap's stores.

And, Wall-Street, Amazon and Wall-Street get the money!

Moms and Pops become part-time workers.
Or, at best, Moms and Pops become merely nominal store-managers.

Moms' and Pops' salaries go to Wall-Street.

So, Wall-Street and top1% love deregulations!!!

And, there are lots of jobless people!!

Top1% and Wall-Street must be to blame!

Top1% and Wall-Street are monopolising American-markets!!!

Top1% and Wall-Street are NEVER capitalists!

Top1% and Wall-Street are violating American-constitution!

[4]
If Starbucks, Wal-Mart, MacDonalds and Amazon fight against Japanese-companies,
I will be forced to support Starbucks, Wal-Mart, MacDonalds and Amazon.

Because, making the U.S. richer means making American-people richer!!!

But, today,
Starbucks, Wal-Mart, MacDonalds and Amazon are only squeezing American-people!!!

Starbucks, Wal-Mart, MacDonalds and Amazon are realizing slavery only in the U.S.!!!!!

They are wrong!

I will support American-companies rather than I will support Japanese-companies.

But, I will support American-people rather than I will support American-companies.
