Delor should go be the Football coach at Marine City.

The Marine City Football coach named Tony Scarcelli is afraid to join the MAC Blue football league!

For those of you that don't know, the way the MAC is set up, the league adjusts itself every few years so that teams are repositioned based on performance. Ever since the MAC was formed, Marine City played in the #4 rated MAC Gold. But the MAC wanted to bump Marine City up one to the #3 rated MAC Blue. But Marine City's coach Tony Scarcelli appealed the decision because he was afraid to play teams that were a little bit tougher!

Basketball is a physical sport and Marine City's basketball coach didn't have a problem joining the MAC Blue.

Volleyball is also a physical sport and Marysville's Volleyball program was so dominant that they were upgraded from the #4 MAC Gold all the way to the #1 MAC Red! You never heard Marysville's legendary coach John Knuth complain! John Knuth welcomed the challenge and used it to help train his athletes so they would win more state titles come playoff time!

One other thing.

The Times Herald is a worthless newspaper.

So are the editors.

That MC coach Tony Scarcelli has a son on the team. The son's name is Anthony.

The players of the MC football team did NOT select Anthony Scarcelli as the Team MVP on Offense or on Defense.

But, that didn't stop Daddy-Coach Scarcelli from telling the Times Herald the best player on the team was his son, Anthony.

This resulted in Anthony Scarcelli being nominated for Best Player of the Year in the Blue Water Area. But there was a player named Ryan Fabbri from Croswell Lexington that was better in every measureable way. Every possible statistic was drastically better with Ryan Fabbri. The two teams even played against each other and Fabbri look like an NFL player against Scarcelli the Pee-Wee.

But the Times Herald chose Anthony Scarcelli as Player of the Year!

Oh, and did I mention that Anthony Scarcelli was voted only #8 in the online poll?

Turns out the Times Herald Sports editor named Jim Whymer has a son who was hired at Marine City High School. The job pays over $70,000 per year, even with just a Bachelors degree! Jimmy was very thankful the MC coaches gave his son the References needed to get hired. He was so thankful that his son Joel was hired that he voted for Scarcelli's son Anthony as Player of the Year.

Don't bother clicking on this link to the Times Herald. It's all bias there.

I'm glad the Internet has helped exposed all of this political stuff going on in the Blue Water Area. I mentioned this here because I found out St. Clair and Marine City are the same school district.
