I missed this, but I really want to know more and hope this guy isn't being fried for the hell of it.
Some questions that come to mind: 1)Does he have any experience in writing? 2)Did he go to college? If so, was there any writing background? Same goes for high school if he never made it to college, and how were his English grades? 3)Are there any people who speak favorably about him. If so, in what capacity and for how long. 4)Has he done any volunteer work? If yes, where? I know his claim of writing a book seems far fetched, but I must give him the benefit of the doubt. |

1) NO
2) NO 3) NO 4) NO |

He had no intentions of writing a book. It was all a bunch of bulls**t to try to cover up what he was doing and try to make it seem like he was being accused of something he didn't do. His family are the ones that called police because they found it on his bedroom computer. HE IS A SICKO AND DESERVES TO SIT IN JAIL!!!!

obviously 1-2 many didn't read the local papers because if they were read there is no way to make out what the case is but I think pottsville stated the case better

Oh, I definitely do read the local papers. Only problem is, too many times they don't provide ALL the pertinent facts. So, my answers stand, based on what actually transpired in the court room.

With all of the "sex crimes" happening lately, I believe something more should be done. My idea is to make a commercial as a campaign to stop illegal sexual acts. Current convicted sex offender should have to go on TV and say, "Hi, I'm Dave. Be careful of where you let Sally play because I am coming to your neighborhood". Yeah they are required to register and automatically put on the web, but how many people really frequent the website?
found this on wnep talkback online and this person had a good idea although there is a good bit missing as far as letting information out. what i mean by that is the law don't just tell kids not to use drugs there are programs out there to inform then and to help detour them. why isn't there anything out there for parents and kids about these people? with parents just saying watch who you talk to is not enough as their way of thinking changes like today's technology (drug dealers change there way of thinking often also but there is still dare programs out there so i don't wanna hear anything like it is impossible to keep up with them) |

its actually shocking there isn't more being done, at least in this state as the state attorney general admitted back in november that arrests of this nature is up 20% ytd vs. 2008 and since there is nothing stating (comparing) yrs prior i'd imagine its worse when you look back farther

I handle more of these cases than any other crime.
