Savor the flavor because you'll be getting your asses kicked in the playoffs when you play real teams.

I think I hear the WPIAL calling. If you wanna be one of the big boys, then start playing against the big boys.

4 of the top 10 teams in the state in AAA come out of the WPIAL, another 5 are honorable mention. If Clearfield wants to prove their worth, then join the league and lets see how good they are. Get out of the bitch ass Mountain League and play some real teams.

If they get out of the Mountain League for football - then they also have to get out for soccer, wrestling, baseball, etc. Believe it or not - there are actually other sports at the high school.

Just like most people do not understand Clearfields soft schedule and how it sets the players up for disappointment in the playoffs.

Until the playoffs, then it's that long ride home, feeling the agony of defeat. I can hear them crying on the bus already.

At least Curwensville is playing District 9 schools like they should and playing schools that are either the same size or bigger than them. They are in the only league they can be in if they wanna make the D9 playoffs.

The field is a great investment.

As for the team, congratulations to you. You have done a great job, but remember, thank the coach! He deserves some credit too.

He deserves all the credit for the 2-point conversion try last year. Awesome call! I guess Jerry didn't teach him the only time you go for 2 is when you have to mathematically, not egotistically.

curwensville wont make it past Port Allegany. Ranked 8th in the state and all time state record quarterback. as far as Clearfield, they wouldnt get past some class a teams. That football league is garabage

Investment? WTF you smoking? If high school football is a money maker, why are the taxpayers paying 100% of the cost?

You Janocko ballwashers and foamers are only one loss away from us not hearing from you for another 9 months. I can't wait until you go back into hiding just like every year past.

Yea, congrats to the mighty Bison for beating yet another team with a losing record for the District 9 title. Come on people, this should say enough about their schedule and the soft teams they play. At least Curwensville is gonna have to go through a state honorable mention team and a state ranked team to with their own District 9 title.
