He should be prosecuted and fired. By law, he is a mandated reporter. He admitted to talking to the guys, after the rape and advising them on how to answer questions from the police. His police interview was on TV, so he can't deny that. How about charging him with witness tampering, aiding and abetting? FIRE HIM The BOE is sending a message that rape by sports players is OK with them, as long as they continue to keep him employed.
