Kalamazoo Mayor Bobby Hopewell calls for end to youth violence
"When did it ever become acceptable in the city of promise for young people to stand and watch while a gentleman, minding his own business, riding his bike, is beaten up?" Hopewell said, referring to the beating of Timothy Stafford in which five teenagers were charged last week.

Yep a call to end the violence, that will do it Bobby. Just like the protesting stopped the Viet Nam war. Bobby get real, these punks do not care about peace and respectful behavior. And do not burden the taxpayers with another WORTHLESS" Youth Center project. Time these little pukes are held accountable and pay for their actions.
Politicians like you Bobby think a few words will change the mentality of a kid. Not! It is what it is and the parents need to be busting their butts without a local "do gooder" turning them in for heating up a kids backside.
