Suffolk plans more mosquito spraying

Suffolk County plans to spray pesticide Thursday night on parts of Fire Island and southern Brookhaven Town in an effort to control mosquitoes, which spread West Nile virus.

The street spraying is a waste of time. Why aren't they doing aerial spraying?

They should also unclog the storm drains to free up the standing water. I never see a dry drain.

The spray used us useless. Chlordane will knock the bugs right out of the air. Use something that can do the job
