The main causative factor for precancerous and cancerous cells of the cervix is the Human papilloma virus. Many women who are diagnosed with precancerous cells of the cervix, can go on to develop the more aggressive form of cancer of the cervix if not treated in time.
Finding out that a relative of mine was treated for precancerous cells of the cervix in the 1990s, has heightened my awareness of how serious the problem really is.
It is a criminal offence to knowingly infect other people with certain viruses, and several people in the United Kingdom, have been criminalised and imprisoned by the legal system for knowingly passing on viruses such as Herpes and Hepatitis. Isnít it time to put a stop to people who knowingly pass on these terminal (killer/lethal) and highly contagious diseases by imposing serious penalties.
Itís not fair that there are so many promiscuous, ignorant, inconsiderate, unfaithful people out there. Cancer of the cervix may not be infectious, but HPV, the main causative factor for the disease is highly contagious, and itís about time people were more accountable for their actions.
The websites below are the least complicated to get a handle on.
