Humira is a Huge Sulfur molecule whose structure you can see at ..........That is probably why Garlic helped me with Proctitis so much when I was suffering from that in 2008. Fast forward to 2012 and I have No symptom and NEVER think of the constant 24 hr day pain that I had in my rectum for more than 8 years. I eventually added many supplements to my Garlic consumption to get rid of it and don't know how it happened, but I am 100% convinced that Proctitis is the result of constantly having diahrea which I had weekly for years before I got diahrea. Hence, the diahrea causes some critical micro-nutrients to go low in your body so after years of them being low the nerves in the colon I think tend to malfunction which causes the immune system to attack.

Take Garlic pills and Garlic oil, vitamin c @ 3grms/day, magnesium taurate or some other kind, b-100, niacinamide 500mg, vitamin e, vitamin k as much as you want, and anything else like cayenne pills,etc.. Garlic should be odorous so if you don't belch garlic, then those supplements are no good. Garlic smells because it has SULFUR just like Humira does so this is good for the colon. Do not take more than 400 mg of magnesium but do take some baths with Epsom Salt known as magnesium sulfate..........These supplements will get rid of Proctitis, but it takes a long time so patience is needed. And I do mean longer than 1 year or 2 years depending on how severe your colon or rectum is INFLAMMED!
