WHAT? ME WORRY?

My husband was always given a strong warning to watch for flu-like symptoms when he was given Remicade in the late 90's. The risk was always there, and doctors knew, and warned patients, about it.

Once again it is a risk vs benefit trade off. For some people, the risk of developing a sever infection is worth the relief these products offer. Now that health care providers should be on the look-out for histoplasmosis there will, hopefully, be fewer deaths as a result in patients on TNFa blockers.
