Cuba is becoming a new center for vaccine experimentation because there are no rules or regulatory bodies. Pharma has moved in and budied up with the Castro government, making the elite wealthy and using the people (600,000) and lab rats. We won't hear about the maiming and killing, because that will be kept under wraps.
