WHO hopes controversial bird flu studies will be published by summer
Dr. Keiji Fukuda, the top influenza official at the World Health Organization, is hoping bird flu studies currently in publishing limbo will be released by the time the agency hosts a second meeting on the controversy this summer.

Why make a hybrid flu virus that spreads quickly? Is there some need for it? Is it to create fear and be used to sell product? Something suspicious going on here.
