An aviation quarantine may be in order.
The only foreigners that would contract the virus would then be land crossings and all those undocumented people traveling between VE, Syria and Iran.

Venezuela has 28 million people. 400 with flu is no big deal. The media needs to stop exaggerating and trying to put the fear into people.
