Nobody is protecting me from myself. We are being protected from the ignorant, selfish smokers who think the world is their ashtray and who think everybody else should have to suffer just because they are too addicted to get through a meal without having a cigarette,

You see, you were ALREADY protected. The government will not allow me to come over to your table and pour a cup of piss over your head to put out your cigarette, Now we BOTH have protections.
I win. You lose.

A group of 10 business owners, medical doctors and citizensófive in support of a complete ban for a healthier Paris and five completely opposed to the government overstepócame to a compromise Friday and revamped the smoking ordinance the Paris City Council declined to accept after hearing two hours of public concerns at its last meeting.
The discussion was headed by Mayor Dr. A.J. Hashmi and councilman Cleonne Drake and lasted more than two hours. If approved, smoking will continue to be allowed in bars, which is defined as any establishment where alcoholic beverages are more than 50 percent of total sales, but smoking will be prohibited in all restaurants as well as ball fields. Outdoor smoking would also be banned 20 feet within any entrance to a restaurant and 100 feet from any other building where smoking is prohibited. E-cigarettes and vapor cigarettes, however, were excluded from the ban.

I would love for you to try and pour a cup of anything on me - I would beat the living Hell out of you.I'll even give you an opportunity if you like. If it's just the government stopping you.

Why don't the task force study criminal activity? It seems the city is wasting a lot of time on this issue, while we are getting robbed by criminals. Still need jobs.

I'll give you a few reasons why I am inclined to be nice to you:
1. After 4 feet of chasing me, you would be on the ground wheezing and trying to catch your breath.
2. If you managed to make it beyond the 4 feet, at 10 feet you would have to stop and have another smoke and I simply do not have time to wait.
3. I had asparagus for dinner last night and my piss really stinks today and I do not want to leave that lingering odor around for other patrons to smell.
4.Most importantly, pouring piss on you is banned. I am not a lawbreaker and, unlike smokers, I have enough self control not to do something where it is banned.

Maybe that poster from the food and smoking thread served you at one point. Was that booger burger any good?

I run 2 miles a day 5 days a week. I lift weights daily. I can chase you anywhere you go. I still make the offer - if you care to try. You can try to pour whatever you choose and I will beat your azz before you have a chance to empty the cup. I do not smoke - just against the ban. I HATE azzes like you and the other dems that are determining what is best for me - when you have no clue what is best for me. Stay away from a smoker - I am sure that actually no one wants to be close to you.

Gee'If you don't smoke, there is no reason to pour a cup of piss on you. Why do you keep asking me to do it, then? I'm thinking you might just be a little bit kinky. Golden showers, you know. You might want to get together with ItsAFact. He is all the time getting into stuff like that,

I will abide by the ban and not pour a cup of piss on a smokers head. See, my behavior is constrained to make society a better place. Just like the smokers will soon have their behavior constrained. It really is wonderful how society works like this.

The ban is the weakest ban that it could be and still be called a ban. If it makes you feel good that you think you won more power to you. About the only place affected is McKee's. I heard they were moving outside the city limits so the ban won't matter to them. You can't be within 20 feet of the door at Walmart - so the smokers will have to move 5 feet - big deal. You are still a loud mouth and that won't change. How about this puss face - I'll bring a cup of water to Walmart and let you attempt to pour it on me and them beat your azz. RIFLMAO and you actually think YOU won!!! Hahahah
