I think that this is a start in the right direction. Smokers need to realize that their addiction negatively affects others.

This lady says live Christmas trees are bad for asthmatics to have in their home, too, but I notice there's no push to ban those.

Live Christmas tree people need to realize that their penchant for an authentic Christmas experience negatively affects others.

They can stay OUT of my home. This is stepping way over the line. Anti's need to realize that what goes on in my private home is none of their business!!!
And I can see by the survey in the article that I'm not the only one who feels this way.

The day someone comes to my home and tries to tell me I can not smoke within it, is the day they will leave in a plastic bag....and I don't even smoke in my home.

Oh, I definetly hope the gov't tries this!! Because then they will have crossed the line, and, this whole spider web of bans will become unraveled!!! Many have been waiting for something this blatantly unconstitutional to be banned, then the fun WILL start!! I just hope they are that stupid to try it!!! LOL

I'm allergic to mold which causes migraines for me. Live trees are covered with mold spores plus the water they sit in gets stagnet so I have a fake one. I don't expect them to ban the real trees. I'll sit by my fake tree and SMOKE!! lol

I'm just like you are, a polite law abiding citizen but I won't be if they try to tell me I can't smoke in my own home. My property is mine and I think they've gone too far already. Our homes are about the only thing left now, they already say no smoking in our cars at times.
