Some companies should fund smoking cessation programs for employees who want to butt out, suggests a new report that finds the unhealthy habit is highest among construction workers.

What's next, expecting companies to pay to send their overweight employees to fat farms?

I just love how SOME people think it's an employer's responsibility to fund an addict's rehab.
