We cannot forget colds, flu and pneumonia, either. Gosh, smokers have so much going for them. They get to stand out in the cold in the dead of winter just so they can "enjoy" a cigarette. The get to experience spring showers up close and personal.

Smokers wake up in the morning knowing they have a full day ahead of them. It takes time and effort to create brown teeth, yellow fingers and urine soaked-feces stained clothing. But they give it their all knowing that the Holy Grail, the hole in their throat can only be obtained by the lucky few. That badge of honour is the utmost a smoker can obtain. Sadly, some die of numerous nasty diseases, snubbing out the chance of that highest of smoking honours.
