Former Employee Sues Sperry Schools for Playground Duty

A former employee of Sperry Public Schools has sued the district alleging she was forced to serve playground duty in the sun although she has skin cancer.

she only hears of a free ride......I know a lady like her that has been on section 8 housing and welfare for over 5 years because light bulbs at work give her migrains........but has lights on in her house. There are always those that work the system.

So then does she only stay indoors during daylight hours? Forced to serve? If she didn't like it asked to be removed from the duty or quit. Health is more important than a job.

IF she Can't do her JOB( TO THE FULLEST ) then she needs to either QUITE or (FIRE HER) Apperently shes one of the Many people (who) use their (GLORYIOUS) sickness, given by the Lord. FOR a PETTY < PATTY party. WAH WAH WAH

Nail the school district for all she can. Forcing a person into a health situation is not right. So many employers are doing that. Home Depot is one of them. Shop Lowes, they have better product anyway.
