I woke up this morning and as a schizophrenia sufferer I saw on RTVI Russian Television International that in 2 years from now Israeli scientists will release a magnetic resonance lamp to cure schizophrenia, Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, depression, and bipolar disorders.
It's a lamp that is hooked up to a computer. Attached to patient's head in the psychiatrist's office either at the inpatient, or the outpatient basis.
Magnetic electricity is sent to the schizophrenic and other mental patient's brains.
They portrayed an Israeli girl with depression, and I saw how her brain chemistry got back to normal again after undergoing one treatment with the "Israeli Magnetic Resonance Lamp."
Sincerely, yours
Mikhail Leonidovich Fayn
P.S. I hope this is going to work scientifically against schizophrenia and all brain disorders?

Sound like these scientist have been watching to much Clockwork Orange. Punishing a patient through shocks isnt very nice. If i was laying around all depressed and such and i got shocked a few times id probly jump up and start being happy also so i wouldnt get shocked anymore, lol.

Hey Henry,

I'm a medical student who has seen electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) or "shock therapy." I also walked into it with preconceptions, but after having see a 22year old guy who hasn't smiled in 9 months break into one after his first shock treatment convinced me to rethink some of the biases I've had about psychiatry and shock therapy. A lot of the people I talk to every day and really grateful for anything that could help them get their lives back into order. And by order, I don't mean we (as the medical field) are referring to some guidelines on productivity, but to how it makes the patient feel.
