Well in a few secs I am going to let you guys know where to get the effective medication that's really for scabies and it works like a beauty, without the need of prescription or a doctor's visit, guys you don't need to use Lindane (antipediculosis) Invermectin, and Lice Shampoo which contains Permethrin 1%(This is not enough) These are both "second-line" treatments, meaning they can only be prescribed when other "first-line" treatments have failed or cannot be used, I've been reading a lot around these forums, I bet you do as well, since we are or were all on the same train here. There are people here who had been using petroleum on their skin,(on a pure and solid status) also Borax and Windex...That's crazy! don't do anything like that...Natural oils or oil compounds, might work, but only as a calm agent, and cleaner of debris.
To deal with these mites, we need to get to know their "modus operandum" and habitat...There's also the post-scabies treatment symptom, which it's the same that scabies infestation, itch and burn, and red bumps, this is because when scabies are no longer in your body, fecal matters and other things still remains there, that's when it's convenience to use oils such like Eucalyptus, Neem, and Tea Tree oil.
About me: I currently live in the US, but I am a registered nurse in my country of origin, and of course I've had to deal with this before, lice, scabies and Pubic lice (Crabs)
So, after all this nightmare, and going thru the whole process and being prescribed with Permethrin 5% for 3 consecutive times, without success due to the fact that Permethrin5%, even when doctors tell you that it's a onetime application only, the treatment fail, because this medication kill the mites, acting on their nervous system, but does not eliminate the nits and eggs they laid on your skin, so after a week or so, guess what! you got re-infested, and doctors in the US will usually will give you a 60gr topical cream tube, and no refills, if at least we could get a refill, a week later another application will be enough, and following the home cleaning and disinfection routine, this is very important. The use of Diatomeceus earth (a naturally occurring, soft, siliceous sedimentary rock that is easily crumbled into a fine white to off-white powder) is good around the house and vacuum if there on carpets, furniture and mattresses. Diatomite is also used as an insecticide, due to its physico-sorptive properties.
Now the medication that I would like to recommend to you, which is the one that I got on my country of origin is Benzyl Benzoate 25%(Not commercially available in the U.S.†Not commercially available in Canada
It's a topical lotion and the method of using it is:
 Apply enough medicine to cover the entire skin surface from the neck down, including the soles of your feet, and rub in well.
 Allow the medicine to remain on the body for 24 hours.
 Then, thoroughly wash the body with warm water and soap.
 Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean towel.
Immediately after using benzyl benzoate, wash your hands to remove any medicine that may be on them.
Treatment may need to be repeated for severe infestation.
But since this is a topical lotion which usually comes on a 3 or 3.4 ounce bottle, Treatment can be repeated...
I am currently on the process of import such medication into the US, since it's over the counter in my country, so I am currently offering it on eBay, but I would create other means of distribution...
