Don't jack around with scabies!! I should know.(Your answer is BELOW!)*Getting sarcoptis scabiei (Human Scabies Mites) is something so traumatic and horrifying that you wouldn't wish it on your worst enemy! Furthermore, the mental torture is almost as bad because NOBODY believes you. They all think you are "delusional" (until or if they ever finally have the horrifying encounter themselves). I battled it personally for almost a year and tried literally dozens of so called remedies and spent a few thousand dollars when you add it all up. All with NO RESULTS! These monsters are HIGHLY RESISTANT - remember they have been around 200,000 years longer than humans!!

Thanks be to God, I finally FOUND the solution. First thing to acceopt if you live in the good old USA is that without a prescription you cannot get what you need from 95% of the doctors here in the USA because most of them truly have NO IDEA what you have and are those that do are afraid to prescribe what you really need because of inexperience. If you are serious about getting rid of you SCABIES PROBLEM here is what you MUST do to quit wasting your time, life and money. You will need to either order THESES TWO ITEMS from someone in MEXICO, or pay the plane ticket and go there yourself to get it!(*Anything short of this and you will almost certainly be battling this continual nightmare without an end in sight; even to the point of losing hope). Those who contract scabies know the real definition of the word desperation! Anything that REALLY works is well worth the price and in Mexico it is not that expensive. Of course, if your doctor will prescribe this for you here in the USA, it will work, but 95% of them will not. Both of the following medications have been safely used all over Latin America for MANY years, so those who tell you otherwise do not know what they are talking about! Yes, they are legally available over-the-counter in every "farmacia" in MEXICO. The TWO MEDICINES YOU NEED ARE: SCABISAN cream - applied topically -(5% permethrin)- but the Mexican product is a big enough tube to actually do the job (not like the stupid little tubes you get on the internet), and IVEXTERM (Ivermectin), taken ORALLY.

By using this “one – two punch” you are literally surrounding all the life cycle phases of the scabies mites both outside and inside using this method!*For your information, I have also been a licensed professional exterminator for 34 years so I know what I am talking about from the "parasite" pest side. The Ivexterm is taken by mouth and you must take the correct dosage for your own body weight to be effective or you will simply cause greater resistance in any survivors.

You take the pills at night before you go to bed with a glass of water and also cover you entire body (up to the chin line) with the (Scabisan) cream. The GREAT NEWS is that when used in conjunction, this combination will absolutely work and knock out your scabies problem and frankly doctors all over countries in Latin America KNOW THIS! Trust me, it is better to take the ACTION that works than screwing around with this insatiable torment for months or even years!

Of course this is not a professional doctor's recommendation, this is MY OWN EXPERIENCE as someone who has actually had the problem and as a professional exterminator. I can tell you I live both in Mexico and the USA and have MANY other contacts that verify this is true! GREAT NEWS for all who are suffering with this seemingly endless and truly hideous experience and are losing hope. Trust me, this is the best and fastest answer, it is safe if you follow the instructions (yes, even on children over 6) and will actually SAVE YOU money in comparison to all the useless so called natural or non-prescription "half measures" you hear about on the internet - which may knock back the mites but do not rid them. Your solution has arrived!

Good luck and God bless friends.

Wanna bet? It IS the treatment regime done throughout all Latin America. You have no idea what you are talking about and you are NOT a professional pest control operator as I am and know nothing about a real cure for scabies. If so, speak up and tell us a better one right here and now. As a matter of fact I have never seen the regime (when done correctly) ever NOT work. The reason I have repeated the post is because different peopl who are suffereing from this are on different posts and do not get the information they need on one. On the other hand, it appears that YOU are scavenging all posts to merely oppose legitimate treatments that actually work. Any Doctor or any pharmacist in Mexico for that matter will tell you this. I suppose you promote melaleuca oil? Tell us what you do suggest instead of attack licensed professionals who know what they are talking about! Tu no tienes una idea "sweetkitten". Tell me what is more effective than a correct Ivermectin dosage combined with Scabisan (permethrin cream). Go ahead, tell us! Stop attacking those who want to help and know HOW to help or YOU will be reported.

Permethrin 5% Cream is not available in central America. I know this for a fact. The dose prescribed by doctors in central America is 12mg ivermectin tablets once a week for two weeks. People are not being cured there because they are not taking the weight based dose and topicals are not available. In the United States oral ivermectin and Permethrin 5% cream are prescribed but doctors quickly learn these are no longer effective. So do some research and you will find what I am saying is true. And I am none to happy about it.

Sorry, Wrong again. Right on the BOX of Scabisan (see Picture I posted on another post) it says Nicaragua - Reg. No. 0176630304 and I have friends from both Guatemala and El Salvador who tell me of course it is. Maybe there is a country like Costa Rica or another that does not, not sure, but I KNOW all of South America also has it (different brand name from the Mexican products) and on this particular box of Scabisan Panama, Dominican Republic and Bolivia are listed for SA! Sorry we keep butting heads on this SweetKitten, but cases like yours are NOT the statistical norm. My MD friend in Mexico tells me that in fact, the only time he has NOT seen it work was "human error"; not doing it correctly, not doing the two together, not doing it at the right body weight (for the Ivexterm) or not adequately cleaning and sealing bedding which cause re-infestation on you as the host again. Sorry JUST FACTS, and just trying to help. Most doctors in the U.S. won't even acknowledge you have scabies and/or wonlt even give you what you need!(as you yourself have pointed out in several other posts) so I don't know how they are "quickly learning it doesn't work"; the majority won't even prescribe it and either think you have something else or are delusional as unfortunately many spouses who don't get it also tell you too. That's one of the hardest parts to go through. Even though you have scratched yourself into oblivion and itch constantly and hurt so much, the worst hurt to me was psychological and when nobody believes you have scabies! I'm sure you already know that! I'll continue to pray for you.
