whatever..... who care what color they are and if you can see them anyway, isn't the whole point to be rid of them, and thanks for the judge it ;), and yes you did contradict yourself, read what you wrote. No more communications between us! weirdo!

I was just trying to be helpful and to prevent others from believing they are "green" and totally invisible--when they aren't either one. Obviously, you are not familiar with medical equipment and the stains they use to identify parasites...I am.
If you soak in a tub with some ARM & HAMMERŪ Powder Laundry Detergent, Perfume & Dye Free (see instructions from others here), you WILL be able to see them floating in the water and when the tub drains. If you carefully watch the floor when you shower (e.g., with sulfur soap), you can also see them with your naked eye.
If being educated and informed is being a "weirdo," then I guess I am. Sorry if you took the correction personally. It was not intended to be anything more than helpful to you and others who visit this site.

Not all scabies mites are visible to the naked eye. You will need to purchase a pocket microscope off the net to view them. Bird mites are visible to the naked eye, though. There is a strain of bird mite that is NOT visible to the naked eye.

This actually might be bird mites, not scabies- if you see the black dots- it's the bird mites.

Rub cigarette ash and a sulfer ointment into the spots- they clear up bird mites. Just try to figure out where they are coming in... or how your stuff is getting infected.

In more severe cases of scabies you have to be more aggressive with your treatments as the mite likely have the upper hand as they continued to reproduce. Sometimes with severe cases of scabies you need both oral and topical treatments. Spot treating can also help as you can use sulfur creams or tea tree oil on areas that either itch or show signs of rashes. Just remember you need to be persistent with both treating your body and your home in order to stop the scabies life cycle.
