This entire thread is "plants" telling you to stay away from chemicals to treat scabies. And people supposedly talking about whether they are in post or not. YOU WILL KNOW IT WHEN YOU NO LONGER HAVE SCABIES. Give it a break, spammers.

Benzemul is a good treatment for scabies and it is sold overseas, not in the united states. You can make your own benzemul lotion by buying 100% Benzyl Benzoate from a chemical supply place and mixing 10% BB with rubbing alcohol. It kills scabies. Or you can try to get your doctor to prescribe ivermectin and take that for a few weeks. These are both very good at treating scabies.

Don't pay attention to the drama queens on this forum. They are "plants" from companies who well scabie creams that are formulated in someone's home. Don't buy anything from naturasil. they are scam artists who have been spamming this forum for years. I see already that they posted twice in the beginning of this thread. It's clear that they have people posting b.s. stories to get you to believe their posts and buy from their website. beware of these scam artists.

How are you doing? Still feeling crawlies? I am still feeling them but less intensively. I couldnt hold myself and I started doing benzemul BB and it stop the feelings. Now funny thing is I know iver and perm do the same thing they stop any feeling but they have anti-itching properties and who knows what else Now being BB less toxic I have no idea why is working. If I was in Kat scabies this thing shouldnt work in these symptoms? I hate this SC so much bc one never know when everything is gone. Sucks.
No, "scabie girl" ivermectin and permethrin do not "stop the feelings." in fact, permethrin kills scabies on contact, the ones inside your skin. Sometimes permethrin causes a tingly feeling because it is a neuro toxin. But, those tingly feelings go away, and your scabies go away, too. The ivermectin also kills the scabies and it highly effective for normal scabies. What are you talking about? what in the hell is "anti-itching" properties? No such thing. If you don't want to feel the itch, you take a benadryl.

Crawling and pinpricks mean you're still infected.
Oh, here's an old post by our friendly neighborhood psycho, my darling "Fred." He says permethrin and ivermectin don't cure. only rarely. lol... he/she/it never even had scabies. how would it know? take your orap, fred.

Look at this product from naturasil. It is SNAKE OIL, scam if I have ever seen one. This is what the people on this forum are selling. Don't trust this forum anymore. It's full of posters posting you to buy their products. Fred works for naturasil, too. don't trust this forum anymore. it's full of SCAMS.

You are not seeing fibers because you don't have morgellons. You have scabies mites. There's a big difference in these two diseases and some people get carried away on this forum about morgellons and lyme disease.

Just so you know where you stand why don't you go to walmart and get the ph test strips from the pet section for aquariums. When I started the borax solution cure my ph was 6. now it's up to 7.0
after doing the regimen for 24 days now.
I read as much as you did i'm sure, most of the stuff you find on the net about scabies and what works is wrong but after torturing myself for 17 months with all kinds of so called cures finding something that actually does work is a lifesaver.
It cured 3 people already and is doing great things for others when we were all running out of hope. So Take your research and believe it or not but don't post negative sh*t about something that is saving people from this scourge. When it comes to body alkalinity and the borax cure you really just need to shut up about it.
So Fred, Uncle Bobo, you were cured from the borax solution cure? That's interesting...

My family of eight has been struggling with scabies for about seven months now, maybe longer but didn't know it. It took a long time to get properly diagnosed with it. We were first diagnosed in July and were treated with one dose of perm and told no extra cleaning was necessary, I wonder where they got that idea? We were still getting stuff and were diagnosed with it again in September. This time we got two doses of perm. It felt that it was getting better but there was still spots. So we ordered a bunch of natural oils to use off of the internet, Naturasil and Scabies Killer. Naturasil was best I think but Scabies Killer worked pretty good too (we kind of used both alternately). WE also did the borax, bleach, and peroxide baths for a little over a week. Completely tore up our skin, but seemed to help. I will say that what i think really cured us was fasting and praying to God to take it away and bring peace to our minds which were SO paranoid at this point. We are now experiencing post scabies syndrome, at least that is what we are assuming (how could anything survive all we did to our bodies?!?!) Scabies Girl, I am so sorry that you are going through this, I can tell the toll it is taking on your peace of mind through your writing and felt compelled to tell you our story as well. It is SO hard to look at bites on our bodies and just say, "okay, just leave it and it will go away". That is the hardest part, but truly we just have to move on, and if in a few months it turns out it wasn't then we will have to start over but continuing to treat our bodies would only cause more irritation and itchiness that is not scabies related. WE are trusting in the goodness of our God who is the Healer of all afflictions.
Oh here's a plug for naturasil if I have ever seen one. You gotta LOVE IT.

My ex needed a place to stay. He brought scabies into my home. We had NO skin to skin contact. I contracted scabies, too. We went to the Dr. And Dermatologist. Finally, got permethrin and ivermectin. Treated with permethrin, left house for 4 days, took ivermectin the next morning after treatment with permethrin, treated with permethrin again on 4th day at hotel and returned home. We seem to be scabie free now. I honestly believe you need to get out of your living environment. Scabies are microscopic and can live 2-3 days without a host.
Good luck and God bless everyone battling these horrible monsters known as scabies!
Well, at last, someone who was actually cured by true scabies meds. Go figure.

Let's keep praying so this will be over soon.

That if he or my family get's something, he'll treat my family and him self, that i have to stop worried about it, that my family and he will be fine! toll me to came back in a month, to see how am I doing, but I still feeling crawling sensations, and bites, like you said very buggy, I'm happy that you feeling better,:) I going to check my blood, hope everything is fine! and I'm going to try to do my life too, see what's up, yup! hope this doctors are right about it, And may God be with us!

Very tired. It's hard to "act" normal when we feel the crawling. I keep telling myself that. I have slowly gotten back to as normal as I can for now. Started quick hugs with my boys and husband. Which as been awesome!! After not hugging them for over 4 1/2 months. Just know that the feelings are not in my head. My derm too didn't use gloves and I even asked her if a new born baby was here would she let me hold them? Without a doubt she said yes. I would think that if we did have scabies there would be some kind of sign. But just wish we know what it is...Lmk if anyone gets it.

Very tired,
what is the big deal here?
Why don't you purchase a POCKET microscope to view the mites on your skin. Get one that has 60x magnification. Anything less is not adequate magnification.
Scabies are NO BIG DEAL. Can be identified easily. You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars on a biopsy to know you have scabies.
To me, it seems like when someone puts their total confidence in a dermatologist to tell them that they "can now hug their children." It just seems so GOD LIKE....
The doctors CAN be wrong...
You may appear perfectly normal to a doctor and actually HAVE itty bitty critters running all over your body.
Follow your instincts and don't put all your faith in a doctor who will do a scaping on you.
It's too easy for a doctor to say delusion of parasitosis and send you on your way. Way too easy for them to prescribe steroids, too.

Have a good day!!

This started in March for me, I had started going to the tanning bed. Itching started on my stomach, thought I was having a reaction to the lotion. I wasn't a frequent tanner. After 2-3 weeks wasn't any better. Went to my family Dr. she said scabies, gave me prem cream for myself and my husband, said treating my 3 children and my mother wasn't needed. Wash bed clothes and any thing else we had been in contact with within the last 3days... did that. Two weeks later my youngest broke out in an itching rash, called Dr, prescribed meds again for all this time but still the same cleaning. A week or so later.... itchy rash still. Found this thread and all I can say is Thank you all. I tried a few home remedies ( sulfar and vaseline is the most horrible thing in the world, they just ran for my head and face) Had the Dr do another round of the prem cream, I CLEANED EVERYTHING WITH BLEACH WATER, BORAX IN HOT WASHES, AND A WHOLE TRUCK LOAD OF ALCOHOL91%. Bagged every piece of clothing, kept 3 days worth of clothing for each of us and just kept cleaning and washing. Kept all clothes, towels bedding or anything else that couldn't be washed bagged for 30 days outside in a shed. Everyone cleared but I kept feeling the stinging bites and crawles.... I fell apart, I couldn't eat, I wasn't sleeping, I cried all the time and was shaking all over, I lost 20 lbs... it had won. Family Dr. wouldn't do anymore prem cream she sent me to a Derm who told me I may have had scabies but that I didn't anymore. Well that just #%ssed me off. I conitinued the crawling and pin prick sensations for 2 more weeks still at my witts end, went back to Derm again this time I WAS A MESS!!! She told me i was working myself into a nervous breakdown, I new I was but couldn't control myself. She told me to take Claritan and see my family Dr for a nerve pill...... It's been 6 weeks since our last treatment which we did then had repeated in 7 days, I still get some pin pricks 3-4 a day some times and very little crawlimg just on my toes sometimes, few bumps come up but go away within a few days, I did have another derm biopsy one 2 weeks agao, no sign of scabies, I pray its over. I'm still itchy some but from what I've read I think its post scabies/over medicating. Best of luck to you all !!

Well it's been 4 weeks since I stopped all treament. Biopsies were all ok. Husband is back in bed with me almost a week. I have him being very careful and acting as I am. Hopefully we don't have it? I think that was the only thing that was going to give me peace of mind. The crawling sensation is getting much better. Using aveeno itching soap and the calming one too. That is making my sink soft again. Wishing all the best to you very tired!! I will lyk if hubby gets anything!
