How do I clean after a scabies outbreak?

So,I've had a rash for about two weeks and finaly went to the doctor, where I learned that I had a mild form of scabies. She gave me a cream to treat the outbreak, but I'm not sure of how to go about cleaning my house. Do I need to clean everything? Do I need to clean the cars as well? Would it be okay for me to have someone who hasn't been exposed come help me clean, or is that putting them at too much of a risk to catch it? Please advise!

If you want to get cured asap, you have to keep on doing your treatments correctly due to your regimen, not cleaning your home twice a day and washing loads of clothes and bedding.

Believe me, you won't kill any mites with all that hard labor because there are no mites in clothes and home. Please read the scientific literature!

France poster. Some of us do shed mites in the environment; not so much human scabies mites, but possibly some type of animal mites. They are microscopic so its difficult to know what is infested. Ours cars become infested easily, especially if the person is not treating properly or just worn down from everything involved. Immunity and age play a sigificant role in just how heavily a person may be infested.

France poster, depending on how humid the environment is, will determine how long a mite
Lives off its host. Tropical weather and humidity, they can last for over a week. Bed clothes and couches and car seats can hold these mites for a few days. Cleaning areas that are frequented often is quite necessary. I have explained this to you a bunch of times already. Whats up?

The best advice I can give is to flea bomb the entire house. After flea bombing, I had relatives over and none of them became infested.

The main concern is mitigation. My infestation was caused by mice coming into the storeroom below my house. I blocked up all the holes and set rat poison both inside the storeroom, and outside in commercial traps. Then I flea bombed the place, the whole place, and stayed in a motel to let the poison soak in.

Once an effective skin treatment regimen is started scabies rarely spread. I share a company car where I work and in a year I have not spread scabies. I treat my skin with benzyl alcohol mixed 7% in skin lotion, I also take oral medications ivermectin, albendazole, and praziquental.

I believe I am close to being cured. I had 4-5 different mites on my skin. After about 7 months had to stop skin topicals because my skin became severely damaged. I went on oral meds for 3 months and cleared 97% of my body. My head, face, and groin still were infested with a shallow living mite so I resumed skin medications; after 3 months my skin had recovered enough for topicals.

I took 3 weeks off oral medications to recover my system and have recently resumed them again. The combination this time seems the best possible combination. The oral medications starve mites, and benzyl alcohol suffocates mites.

I have observed oral medications work best in deep tissues, as the deepest mites try to escape to the upper dermis; in theory the remaining mites trying to dig into the skin will be better exterminated. I have also considered taking cold showers as one medical researcher told me cold temperatures may drive mites deeper into the skin looking for warmth.

All medications are going to have side effects. Take your pick, there are many recommendations here. In the UK, they won't let you buy anything. In the US there are all sorts of medicines available for agricultural use you can order or buy OTC.
