....the poo. So whatever the black specks are, they can identify the species of mite from it.

Very helpful and interested company.

So to be clear, if you contact them and get a swab/test kit, they can identify what species of mite you are infested with if you collect and send the a live specimen, dead specimen, eggs, poop, black specks.

Okay...so what is the company? Could you possibly tell me what is the website? You didn't put a link for them in your post. Thank you, Flossy.

How inconsiderate of me!

A suggestion for next time this occurs.

1. Click on Google, Bing or Yahoo
2. Type these letters into the box that comes up.
3. B U G I D L A B
4. look at the screen
5. See the one that has www in front of those letters
6. Click on that
7. Be amazed when www.bugidlab comes up

It's amazing, just like magic.

Or is that inconsiderate as well, maybe I should fly over, type it in and make sure it's really easy.

I never seen any of this. No live specimens, no dead ones, eggs, poop, nor black specks. Mine seem to be microscopic. All I ever get to see is string bites/punctures on my flesh

...and I am not being mean saying this. I had this for 3 years and spent almost $15,000, helped many many people privately and on topic, used everything from sulphur to Ivermectin ..then Albendazole.

I am now covered in scars and stressed to the eyeballs and still trying to help people.

It just reaches a point where there is no tolerance for someone taking the easier option of typing a request rather than typing in a search engine when they are handed a bunch of information that was posted with the sole purpose of helping.

ps I have sent my samples to this lab. Yesterday. I saved the last of what I had until I found a reliable lab after being stuffed around by Entomologists in my own city and overseas.

If they don't do DNA testing, don't bother wasting your samples with them.

Go back up and read my post carefully.

If you get one of their test kits, they can identify the species from an environmental scrape.

This means if you scrape an area where there is itch, it will pick up DNA from the mite that has been there. From their droppings or their body fluid. They can pick up Demodex which are microscopic.

Wow! That is all I can say. You must be really miserable to have such a attitude. I don't normally waste my time dealing with people like you but...you started this thread....you could of posted all of the information. Jeez! That is all I was getting at and you took it like I was trying to start something. I wasn't having an attitude with you so...whatever. I'm here just like you trying to get tips and suggestions from other people going through the same thing....you didn't have to come off like that.

People like me? People who post new information that nobody else has found on a forum that has caused so much harm to everyone?

Don's assume to know what kind of person I am.

Dont assume because I lost my temper that I am a bad person.

It felt like my efforts were not appreciated.

I am broken. From this horror and from the troll constantly hacking my account and posts.

I was so happy to get the information on here about the Lab I found without it getting hacked. But he hacked it and removed it.

Your post was one last straw and I don't need a lecture. Imagine yourself with another 3 years suffering and 10,000 spent on this = that's where I am.

You won't have much patience then either.

You know in three years I have not jumped on many people at all. So forgive me for losing it this time.

No Xanax, joints or beer. I had a Florentine cookie and a cup of tea. My idea of heaven.

Yep, Fck this forum.

Yep. SKF/Sandra was cured of mites and then found she has Lyme disease. I sent her some Doxy cos her doctors are not helping her.

Anyone who has mites of any kind should assume they could develop Lyme and take 6 full weeks of Doxy 100mg twice a day.

I hope the info about the ID Lab helps someone. I, at the very least am excited to hear back from them with my identification in 7 days time.

Listen Flossy...I'm sorry for you thinking some of the information wasn't appreciated...I didn't even notice that your first post was gone. That is my fault...I am sorry...but still...you jumped all over me for nothing but asking a question. I'm not trying to fight or argue with you. I see you said that you've been dealing with this for 3 years...I have only had it for 6 months....maybe longer...don't really know for sure. And I understand about the money...in my time having this my boyfriend and I have spent close to that...around $5000 or so, so I do understand. I know in some ways I am considered luckier than others on this forum because at least a couple of derms have agreed that I have the scabies mites...one with a confirmed scraping...just they think permethrin is a cure all and it is not. So they won't help me anymore...so like I said, I'm here for the same reason as you.

Okay. I lost my temper. I was sarcastic. I wanted to throw a tantrum. I was wrong to do that. I hate coming on this forum. It broke me in many ways and I tried so hard to help so many. But the need to check on everyone the desire to help just kept drawing me back.

I put up a new thread on what to expect from Albendazole. I encourage you to try it. I wasted so much time and suffered so much trying everything else. But then, none of us on here knew about Albendazole two years ago.

You new guys have the knowledge of it now. Please take it. Don't be afraid. Be persistent and consistent and prepared and it will cure you.

Don't let fear and confusion hold you back with the end result of suffering another two years of the nightmare. Treat your boyfriend and any pets and do everything. Don't stop when it makes you feel a bit sick. It is normal and it means you are being cured.

Buy all of the things listed and have them at hand ready so you will be able to cope with the nausea and itch.

Print it out , stick it on the fridge and read a bit every day, over and over so you don't miss anything. Brains that are stressed do not absorb information easily or store it.

I wish you well and I do sincerely hope you use this regime and save yourself more pain and dollars.

does skf still have lyme? I thought she was cured of everything and moved on. Since she is a grandma, I have to conclude that the older you are, the harder it is to beat this beast. I'm sorry she is still suffering. I had no idea.
A Florentine cookie and a cup of tea, huh... lol...
I actually thought you were losing it the other day.
I am looking forward to some truthful posts from people who are cured from this protocol and you know me, everyone is a sulphur soap salesperson on here, especially umathur. lol....
oh, by the way, mites do not live 9 months off the host. No way in hell. They need a host to live.

SKF is the woman who wrote the thread about Arm & Hammer.

SK = is Sweet Kitten = she is the grandma who wrote the thread Albendazole is Curing Me.

She is cured. They are both cured. But SKF (sandra) has Lyme Disease.

SK = Sweet Kitten does not have Lyme Disease. She took Doxy for a good six weeks following her Albendazole month then at least two more months of maintenance. She is well and happy and has helped many people.

With regard to how long mites live off the host, it depends which mite species it is. Bird mites have been proven to live off the host for 9 months. There are some weird different bird mite species. I do not know about other mites. As some mites live off skin cells I guess it depends how often the environment is cleaned off skin cells and debris.

I lose it on a regular basis lately, but a good ol' yummy and a cup of tea does it for me. Also swearing in the car with the windows wound up. Works wonders for built up stress. Try it at the top of your lungs :) Never have been one for illegal substances or alcohol. But would well understand if this nightmare drives a soul to whatever gets them through the day.:) It's more that a body should have to bear and can bring shame, isolation and horror. Life changing stuff.

We will all be wiser for sure after this is over and have learned so much about what works with handling stress, ill health, financial loss, employment loss and family concerns. I sure hope it is the only serious life lessons we all are forced to face. It's enough already!
