Finished my antibiotics...helped with some areas, boils, red bumps under the breast and arm but not back scalp face and chest. I assume I also have a fungal infection like ringworm, jockitch or something. I'll be going back to the DR's to get antifungal meds prescribed. Also will be buying dandruff shampoo containing Selenium disulfide or something.
Glad you're almost recovered SEA!

I am not treating scabies if you read earlier posts and my DOCTOR prescribed antibiotics for a condition which was correct. I have a twofold condition.

Sorry Hope - I was unobservant.
I had actually just read a post of someone who's doctor gave them antibiotics at first when they originally diagnosed it as bed bugs. I find that even more bizarre.
Fixed VSS. Yeah, dumb typo.
You are Fred, Missy Denver??? OMG....
You can't stop posting...
You have OCD....
(And these are just my opinions. I am not trying to cyber-bully a person who is spamming. I don't know for sure this is Fred. I am not liable for Fred trying to make money off of people suffering from scabies and I will not offer Fred any advice in order to improve his "blog.")

That's an awesome song....
But I didn't post it...:-) The person who posted it is posting behind a proxy server.

I would post something like this...

I've posted on 5 threads. I don't think that's too spammy. Though I notice I'm linking to my blog each time. I do see actually that it looks spammy. I won't post the link anymore unless its really specific stuff I've written about on there. Which it kind of all is, but still.
I'm sorry VSS, I don't mean to come to these forums in an invasive manner. I'm doing my best, still learning. My intentions are wholesome, I promise.
Sounds good to me. You could possibly be our doctor in the near future, or presently.

Sea, Thanks for Posting,.
Curious if you are well now?

I am experiencing close to same thing with pinpricks, and itching, still some "bites" popping up infrequently. Crawling, itching and pinpricks, usually in evening, in recurring spots, side, bottoms of feet especially under big toenail, in ear and on earlobe, in nose and eyelids, eyebrows, face, scalp. private areas, under a couple of finger nails, ear.

Did not experience pinpricks untill after several rounds of permethrin.

I have tried tons of diff things. Found most relief with salt and dawn dish soap, and also vinegar! Plain white vinegar sprayed on body 3 times a day, can also wet a paper towel with vinegar and press into area for 5 min or more. Some spots took multiple rounds of this but definitely have had improvement with vinegar, started using sulfer soap a couple weeks ago as well, don't know if that is helping. Ear has cleared up fully a couple of times and then slowly comes creeping back.
Oh by the way the vinegar can sting and burn and be extremely painful.

Derm said eczema and prescribed stuff for it. I I did not believe him and did not take meds, steroid cream and antibiotics.

My concern is that you maybe just covered your symptoms temporarily as these posts only cover a span of three days(I hope that is not the case!:)

Hope to hear that you are still well after coming off off all the meds, antihistamine, steroid, etc.

Thanks

Everyone has some sort of bacterial/ viral infection. What happens is that as you go along in life you start to accumilate these and sometimes it gets to the point where your immune system can't cope anymore.

What really messes up your mind when you come to this forum is that you probably have some kind of body bug. All the scabies websites are basically giving very dated information and people read a lot of those trying to cure themselves. What these scabies sites don't tell you is that mites also carry a variety of infections. For example ticks carry lyme disease but if you research it you'll find out that those ticks also carry a lot of other infections besides the lyme bacteria, those are called coinfections. The coinfections can be Bartonella, Babesia, Mycoplasma and a bunch more. Now it has been shown that not only a tick bite can transmit these infections but also biting flies, mosquitoes, bed bugs and yes mites. These infections can cause something called "peripherial neuropathy" and give the exact same skin symptoms as scabies or at least close enough to make you think your still infected.
People who have been on this forum for a long time most likely got rid of the actual scabies a long time ago and are still fighting the same symptoms as they had but from infections.

The mycoplasma I mentioned is the smallest bacteria and it doesn't have a cell wall it's really a cross between a bacteria and virus and it gets inside cells so it's hard to get rid of.

I think one way to know if you have mites is wear black clothes, you should find tiny white specks on them like you have excema.

What works for mites is taking clove capsules , you have to take 12-16 a day for a month, take 4 or 5 after each meal. After a couple weeks your skin will start to feel really weird, no mite can stand you and it kills the eggs too.

If your pretty sure you have something else besides mites then you have to treat with antimicrobials not antibiotics, antibiotics mess up your health. The one to start with is Olive Leaf Extract tincture. Grapefruit seed extract is helpful for some infections. Atimisinin or crptolepis for Babesia. Samento and Banderol help eliminate mycoplasma.

SEA, please explain to me what type of steroid cream you used?? I have finally found someone who has the same symptoms as me!! and it sucks being a girl and having marks around your breasts ;( I just want them to go away!! so what exactly did you take, the steroid cream? did you take antihistamines as well? Was it just hydro-cortisone that you took, or was the steroid cream prescribed by your doctor?? please tell me everything I am dying to know!! Thank you so much and I am so grateful that I found people who can relate to these awful post-scabies symptoms!!
