This is some helpful information for guys who have cured the scabies, but are left with red bumps on the penis head, shaft, scrotum.

First, make sure you are truly cured.(Follow the laundry protocol, treat with permethrin, clean and vacuum house, treat pets. I won't go into these details here)

Now that you are cured, your left with big ugly bumps. It's disheartening.
First, I tried neem soap. This made the bumps get red, inflamed, and for me, made them worse.

Next, I tried pure tea tree oil.
At first I thought it was working as the seemed to blend in more.
But after 3 days, they isn't really subside.

Finally, when I was able to get back into my dermatologists office, he gave me a cream called "ApexiCon & Cream" (diflorasone diacetate cream USP 0.05% emollient) made by Pharma Derm. I applied it twice a day, didn't see any results until day 4 and then the bumps really started to disappear on days 6 and 7.
Day 8, all the bumps were completely gone.

I hope this information helps the guys out there with post scabies nodules.
There is hope, and a way through it.

Keep your spirits up and never give up.

if you killed all parasites successfully that red bumps may take long time to be healed. the spot may not go away

Well, my sister moved in my house and brought scabies...I did wash clothes, bedding, etc. Everyone got treatment. Do i still have scabies? Am i re-infected? Im 14 and worried the permethrin cream failed and I got treated 2 days ago.
