So after two doctors visits i get a call from the kaiser lab saying the biopsy reads scabies and i did the whole perm treatment twice...the first time didnt work but im pretty sure i applied it wrong - however now its been three days and EVERYTHING in my house is washed, i applied the cream alllll over my body and i still itch - even at night.Idk if thats normal or if it really worked. I am honestly at the point where i want to swim in a pool of bleach and pray to god that even works. Is this normal????

My story is pretty much the same, my husband thinks i am crazy....I am tired of this itching. I have been to the drs so many times. My differance to our stories is we got scabies 2 weeks before my daughter delivered her baby boy. So now we have an infant with these dredful bugs. :(

I found you need to take 15 mg of Stromectol every 7 days for 3 treatment

That's all you need at this point you already did the cream.

Try this, worked for me! Get cedarcide and spray house and clothes, take 2 HOT baths with clorox bleach and rinse off ;) the cedar oil will kill the mites in less than a minute. Spray your vehicles and offices and such too

I have already used the permethin and Ivermectin 20 times. Could I have rabbit scabies? Does permethin work for rabbit scabies? Did you use permethin or Ivermectin for your rabbit?
Either you treat the rabbit or you give it away. It is your health. Having animals complicate things but I think is possible if you isolate the animal from common areas. Good luck

hey there guys any one want to give me there two cents,,i think iam just being crazy,,but i couldnt be diagnosed by doctors for months,,eventually i got bumps on the back of my wrists and hands,,then some time later a rash going up my left arm looked just like a scabies rash with the little black dots on the tops,,my specialist thought thats what it was for sure ,i thought so too,,but the progression was a bit strange i kept getting tears or ulcers or pimples on my penile shaft (guess this is normal for nodular scabies)but this was for months constantly,,no itch or pain untill about 6 months in then i got a crazy itch on my shaft for 2 weeks!! well after i took the cream it clear all of the bums and rash off of me,,but i have since then had one outbreak on my shaft and iam still itchy a bit,,,oh i would like to add that the first morning after taking the cream i noticed a small line of 4 spaced out tiny scabs that i just wiped off,and when i had the first out brake after treatment i could feel the itch so i applied the 5%P Cream and the blisters/pimples appeared a few inched from were the itch was were i thought they would have come from, sound like scabies to you ?

Not in my opinion. After using perm I get a ddry itch or tiny blisters that itch. When I become reinfested I get that crazy night itch I also notice burrows, Do you have any burrows? From what I have read as long as you don't notice any burrows you may be in post scabies
if you are getting reinfested it may be that you haven't treated all close personal contacts... my daughter got them from someone holding her who didn't know she was infested. i did a lot of research about them and talked to my child's dr. and pharmacy. My entire network of close contacts followed treatment as if they themselves were already infested since they all held her before signs showed. We did this and no one has seen or heard the word since... thank you JESUS

Obviously I know scabies can be transferred by skin to skin, bedding, clothing, furniture, carpets, let's see interior from cars ect... My question is can scabies stay on leather( purse, couch), wood(floors, dressers, kitchen tables), plastic( tv remote, phones, cups), door knobs, keys etc... Also how easily is it transferred by clothing, like when I've done the treatment and I put stuff in the washer can I get it again? I am putting the clothing in by only holding each item with 2 fingers and doing it quickly. I am still washing everything I wear in hot & dry in hottest just in case I still have it! Another question I know everyone ask this question but not finding a straight enough answer. Just did my 2nd permethrin 5% treatment 4 nights ago, 1st time I did it I thought I was in the clear then after 2weeks I started itching like crazy again esp at night and also had new bumps on stomach so that's when I did the 2nd one. So today 4 days after treatment my legs started burning like crazy and with a little itch not like scabies itch but pretty bad.(still not a normal itch that I used to get like a normal person before I ever had this horrible disgusting can't even say it anymore, S*****s) Anyways, so my legs burn, haven't noticed any new bumps and I can't see or haven't found any new burrows, though I don't really think I ever saw burrows I know what to look for but don't see any, even when I had it the first time at its worse. So is this a reaction to the permethrin 5% treatment,(oh yeah I pretty much was spot using it after the 1st time so used it probably more then suppose to) or have I re infested myself in the 4 days after treatment, even though I've been washing everything I wear, bedding every night, vacuuming carpets, mattress, couches, car and all that. Thanks for any answer & help in advance! Hope everyone gets what I am even asking! Also is it possible to spread it when putting regular lotion on the body, like say you have it on your leg and putting lotion on can you spread it to your thigh? When drying off after a shower can you spread it from one part of your body to another part that didn't have it, with the towel (and I'm only pat drying, not rubbing and I use a new towel everytime)?

Textile surfaces like fabric lounges, mattresses, need to be encased in plastic or dumped. Treat your face and scalp. The doctor says not to and the perm cream box says not to, but you need to. By not placing cream on face and scalp the s****** migrate there and hide or even infest there. The burrows are actually quite short in real life and cant be seen as they're under the skin, though I and some people can notice them due to the type/size of s****** or mites.
Furniture, wood, all surfaces can have hundreds of the small dust-like nymphs. They practically float in the air. Clean every surface with borax, Borax in wash too, imperative. Dump carpets and rugs and as many natural textiles as you can. They love cotton- buy synthetic everything.

You'll also need more perm and at least two doses of oral ivermectin.

No perm soaks in and kills them but it does not kill the eggs so you will need to treat yourself many time I think 7 days between treatment is too long that allow more to hatch and lay more eggs. I would suggest 3 days.

Yes it does also the dead bugs get push out of your skin "ejections" so you will see a bit of a break out of pink pimples.

You should get this anti itching pill to take at night. It does work. It's called Hydroxyzine HCL 25 mg

Note you must get the perm everywhere
Under your toe nail and finger nail on a Qtip get the ears and nose, eye brows
Everywhere.
