clove oil cures scabies

I don't think clove oil is a cure. BUT...I decided to use it at night instead of taking that second shower. Works great, I sleep well. I put it on in the morning too but it doesn't last all day through work and I do feel a few itchies pop up. To me it's just a very good bandaid to reduce mite numbers and symptoms but not a cure.

I've been using it for about a month. I bought a 4 oz bottle off Amazon and a large bottle of grapeseed oil. I guess I didn't pay attention to the mixture percentages, but its about 1/4 clove oil. If it feels too strong, I'll dilute, or add more clove if I feel like it could be a little stronger. Gotta base it on what your skin can take.

One more thing, as far as a comparison between clove oil and sulfur, clove oil wins overwhelmingly. The sulfur was smelly, dried me out, gave me rashes and didn't do that great a job on the mites.

I also tried benzyl benzoate, mixed with plain water in a spray bottle (make sure to SHAKE it everytime) at about the same 1/4 BB to 3/4 water mix. Clove oil even beats that too in my opinion.

You are truly nuts and bizarre. If anyone says something helps them, suddenly they are a salesperson. Seriously, you really need a life like you accuse of others of needing.

I just tried 2oz clove oil mixed with 8oz of grapeseed oil. Last. About 2 minutes before i started sweating under the oil and felt like i was on fire. Not just a small burning sensation but litterally on fire! Has this happened to anyone else?

don't do that! clove oil taken internally is toxic in high dosages.

Someone please help me. My friend came over, we hadn't seen each other for a long time, so we hugged. Well, about a week later, she informs me that she might have scabbies. Never having heard of it, I recoiled with fear. it sounded like something you get from filthy people, which i know she is not. Anyway, I began itching uncontrollably. I looked up the symptoms online, but mine don't present that way. After trying peppermint oil, then tea tree oil, about 3 weeks ago, i went to a dermatologist, because I was scratching my skin to the point of making it bleed. She prescribed a strong insecticide that I had to put on from head to toe. No way! I will not use any b.s. big pharma crap that could kill me, also. So, my friend told me to use cayenne pepper all over my body. lI love cayenne, use it lavishly in my cooking, so I tried it. Well, i rubbed it all over my body where I itched, sat in the bathtub for about 10 min., filled the tub with warm water and sat about another 10 min. Sure, it burned like Hell after getting out of the tub, but about 30 min. later, i felt renewed. The itchies were gone...and they stayed gone almost the entire day. Then, night came and the itch returned, not as strongly as before, but definitely back. She told me I had to do it for at least another 3 times, until they're completely gone. I have not been definitely diagnosed as having scabies, because the scratch test the dr. did in her office was inconclusive. I am sick about this. I am a massage therapist, and cannot work for obvious reasons. Can anyone help me, please? I will do anything that is plant based and not chemically based and sounds reasonable. Thanks.

Get yourself a parasite cleanse, its plant based and you can find one at near by nutrition store. Its import to remove them from your house first, otherwise you will get reinfected. Shower with St Ives coconut milk shower gel use the exfoliating gloves as well. for your hair get a medicated shampoo something with coal tar, condition with a Oxg coconut conditioner and blow dry them out of your hair. If your scalp has burrows consider a sulfur balm. Get a I good medicated lotion with aloe vera and virgin coconut oil. Pray the cleanse does its job. Remember to remove them from your house. They will go where ever a spider will go. If you have carpet make sure you steam your carpet. Lysol with oxy works good on all other surfaces and get a bed bug mattress cover. Its a war now.

Although I think we would all rather have natural alternatives, if there was any one thing that was completely natural - that did the trick for every case - we would have heard about it! Scabies is not just about killing the mite on your body effectively but about reducing the chances of reinfection (more difficult than killing the mites on the body). Natural products such as clove oil, neem oil, turmeric paste, and some others have been used for ages but depend on how many mites u have as none and how bad the infection is (most people dont know that scratching the mites - which also ironically can spread them too - also leads to many of them dying and the reason why so many older patients lose the battle and get crusted scabies eventually - never to be healed before they die - is their inability to scratch or reach areas of infestation. Just like head lice, there are many things that will deter lice or kill them - such as using vinegar etc, the best pharma preps have been developed to get rid of them fast and effectively - although of course there can be side effects dpending on your system and degree of infestation. Suggest you try the pharma (Permethrin, Spregal, Benzyl first) and use the natural for the inbetween times because if u dont give this your immediate attention the number of mites u have will multiply and make it so much harder to treat, naturally or otherwise.... Neem oil is good for head scalp and ears - as u shdnt use insecticide based scabies treatments on your head (remember this is not head lice but a scabies mite that buries UNDER your skin. Apply all natural cures after hot bath (bleach but if u want gentler alternative vinegar) which opens pores and kills (or at washes away) some of the eggs and mite that may be hanging around surface of skin.. Lastly,be careful, even natural remedies are dangerous if used incorrectly, eg. clove oil - which can be toxic if used in overdose - these do help some but are more complementary than stand alone treatments so please dont be afraid of a little pharma b.s.- despite what u think they are not all trying to kill us and get our money!!!/not all anyway LOL

I mixed 4 tbsp.of lotion to 3 tbsp. of a mixture of Neem and clove...I put about 5 drops of Lavender and tea tree, mixed it all together and rubbed our whole bodies down with it, within 15 minutes or half an hour I rubbed the creases in my skin, (groin, neck shoulder area, inner elbow area, etc etc) and I was feeling a sandy texture rolling off of my skin...After reading other peoples comments some have experienced this same result after treatment. I looked at the tiny microscopic particles on my finger tip with a magnified glass black specks and white specs and what I could see it appeared to be tiny scabie mites. I'm treating our bodies again this morning.

<quoted text> WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY CAN SURVIVE UP TO 30 DAYS WHERE DID U HEAR THAT BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE I HAVE EVER SEEN SAYS THE MITES CAN ONLY LIKE UP TO 72 HRS MAX WITHOUT A HOST?
Scabies/bedbugs and such can actually live to their entire lifespans off the body by surviving on your skin cells, such as in clothing and mattresses. And yes, they can live a long long time. The medical community gets their information from a study done in a controlled environment.

Use at LEAST 2 cups coconut oil with 32ml pure clove oil. Anything less will not kill a resistant mite. Also, i have noticed for the VERY resistant mites, it does not kill 2 phases 100 percent. The eggs and the nymph, right before it is an adult. So this must be applied ALL over the body at least once or twice a day for an entire month. I would do it for two months to make sure you have killed all the lifespans.

Do not be fooled . I used it , eugenol 100 %( 2.1 ml) mixed with 60 ,ml of olive oil . Rubbed all my body . BUT I SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE IT ON YOUR OWN MIND . There are significant data implying the damage that eugenol in high doses can give testicular damage . Just do not try it on your own , otherwise significant side effects could result , and scabies would be a less problem compared to this .

I am not against appling natural treatment , but i am for a controlled , safe one .

Clove oil is usually too weak to cure scabies.
The clove oil sales people are out in full force on this forum. Dont believe everything you read here. Katee sells clove oil on amazon.
Try the ivermectin. It works quickly and efficiently.
Newbies beware of the unethical sales people on this forum. They will keep their threads on top.

PLEASE DO NOT REJECT THIS INFORMATION until you have explored it thoroughly!
There is a scientific study proving the effectiveness of clove oil on killing scabies mites.
New Scabies Study
Researchers from the Queensland Institute of Medical Research (Dr. Cielo Pasay) performed a clinical study on the effectiveness of Clove Oil in killing scabies mites. It killed the mite within 15 minutes of placing it in the oil.
SO FAR, THIS IS THE ONLY ESSENTIAL OIL CLINICALLY PROVEN TO KILL SCABIES. All the previous studies on tea tree oil etc. have been proven NOT to work!
I do NOT recommend using it straight. You need to have done spot testing! IT IS VERY POTENT and can irritate or damage the skin of persons that are sensitive to it.
I used clove oil straight on my skin and it was VERY EFFECTIVE! I did, however, do extensive spot testing on my skin before I applied it straight. Clove oil paired with DE (food grade) applied to the skin every single day for a solid month! I took ivermectin (horse paste) every 2 or 3 days internally as well.
After almost a year of using every kind of poison and treatments known to man. I saw all kinds of specialists including Dermatologists and an Infectious Disease Specialist. The Infectious Disease MD practices at one of the TOP rated hospitals in the US. NOTHING worked!
Ivermectin should be taken internally (I used the horse paste), along with clove oil and DE applied externally to the skin.
Take this information and do with it as you please.
It is given as truth in its effectiveness concerning my case.
I must say that for me, MY CURE was an answer to much prayer, fasting, and leaning into God. I give Him all the credit and all the glory!
For unbelievers, Ivermectin internally, and the Clove Oil and DE externally are proven to be very effective.
ps...there is no resistance built up from clove oil (a natural substance).
What is the DE that you are referring to as part of the treatment?

Oh come on, Tucson, stop your DE bullsh*t. It doesn't help. It doesn't cure. Stop your troll spamming here on this forum. Get a real job, spammer.
Clove oil and DE are a waste of time and money.
So, let's keep the troll spammer thread on top here on this forum. Maybe one poor soul will "buy" into it.
