TO ALL
Please read all about DIATOMACEOUS EARTH. It is 100% natural (make sure it is food grade and only white fine powder is pure) and kills all mites for people and pets and a wormer as well and a ton of other health benefits. Can use internally and out. I am a mom to 3 cats and have been dealing with walking dandruff mites for months untill I started using DE. Can usually be found at feed stores.
Good luck!

Can also be mixed with water and sprayed on carpet and will work once dry which is safer when you have pets as they shouldn't breathe it in as with any fine powder. Leave for 2-3 days then vacuum and reapply. Repeat for at least a few weeks to month to get egg cycles as DE does'nt kill eggs. Put some in a stocking and dust pets, on mattress and sheets and can put in hair as well as on skin. You can make a paste and apply to whole body.

Diatamaceous earth damages you. If you are using this, please wear a respirator. As well, water will change the consistancy of the powder. It makes it near useless. Never use it around children. People really need to stop pushing this stuff.
The only way de works is that it gets caught in anthropod creatures joints causing decreased mobility and thus death through starvation.

I had what was finally diagnosed correctly as lichen planus. Looks very similar to scabies and shows up in all the same areas. I have read same say they have scabies in the mouth. This is, by all scientific accounts, impossible. It is more plausivle that they have a chemically induced lichen planus, auto immune disorder, with oral lichen planus. Like i did or do. Lichen planus sucks as it is an auto immune disorder but it isnt contagious. ;)

So no more mites? Woohoo!! That's awesome I know you have been here for awhile! God bless. Not great to have an immune disorder, but glad no more bugs!

Hey Linda I must know, did you have to reapply it or are you cured 100% I'm trying to eliminate this once and for all and you're suggestion made me feel as if there was hope after all, I'm praying that this works. Can't wait to sleep a whole night through and the fact that we will all be unafraid of human contact (especially without looking like a drug addict that's kicking a habit from so much embarrassing scratching) I will definitely be posting the results for all those who share in this horrible feeling! Linda I hope you're still cured and that you can respond when you see this.... Thanks

I was afraid at first so I sprayed it from the waste down, and the itching stop so the next day I sprayed a little in my hand and rubbed it on my scalp it work as soon as I put it on. I than sprayed my bathrooms and bed they are gone, and I am cured for about 7 dollars.

My 89 year old mum has had scabies for about 3 months now. She has been so ill that she is losing the will to live.
The GP misdiagnosed it 4 times and the antibiotics he kept giving her did not touch it.
2 treatmnets of Permetherin did not help.
My 69 year old sister has now got it.
She has been treating my mum and they have also done their hair with Lyclear.
They both feel very ill and worn out by all of the the washing and routines involved.
I have smoothered myself in Tea Tree lotion and washed my hair With tt shampoo, with added tt oil.
I have had itching between my fingers and on the soles of my feet. When I itch, I pour lots of tea tree oil over the area.
I've sprayed all of my carpets with flea spray.
I had not thought of treating my car.
I feel awful not hugging and kissing my mum and trying not to touch her skin, when she is holding my arm, when walking.
so I'm not sure whether I have actually had ,or got scabies.
I bought my mom some expensive garlic capsules and gel to rub on but the garlic upset her stomach.

This is such a terrible thing to have.
I work in a preschool and thought, have I got it from there.
Have we cught it off my dog?
My mum goes to a day centre. Has she got it from there?
She has carers coming in to her home. Have they brought it in?

Tomorrow, we are taking her to see a skin consultant. What is he going to say?
more Permetherin?
We'll see!

Permethrin does not work!! 2 days after extensive applications the bugs were about 200 percent worse and that was with washing about 20 loads of laundry, bagging, and placing on the deck! Then I read the bath mix!!! Bleach, tea tree, neem, borax, Epsom salt etc anything you can afford to throw in. Burning hot 2 or three times a day and then Padgys disgusting bug rub after bath!! Tea tree oil, neem oil, Vaseline, polysporin, aloe Vera gel and some permethrin (if you have money left) rub on ENTIRE body after bath twice a day. Sleep in clothes and change and wash with bleach and dry high heat before every bath. Mixture smells horrible but after 3 days of this the mites are down to only feet and hands( try to escape I think and dwindling down to nothing I AM WINNNG!!) also sprayed the mattresses and randome stuff with spider spray as I read it works. Try all this and you might be scabie free in about a week! I've spent about 800$(7000$ if you include time off work which I'm sure I got the itch from my dirty rig camp anyways) best of luck to you

Went to the hospital for something else and had them look at my legs. Low and behold it was these nasty bugs. They gave me a cream to put on my body to treat the bugs ad gave me prednisone (I think is how you spell it). I filled the cream but never had time to use it. I did, however, use the steroid and the next time I know is the critters were gone. I don't know if this is a coinsident or not but I haven't had any more problems and that has been 4 years ago.

Good for you, Linda. Thanks for sharing about Happy Jack spray. I was in the feed store and the person in line in front of me was buying the last can but she changed her mind and so I got it. I was worried it might sting/hurt my badly inflamed skin. They have spread voraciously and I feel them digging in and biting me. It hurts. Its been 4 months now and I am being overwhelmed. I tried Ivermectin horse wormer twice and even rubbed it on my skin at night. I've had RX stromocol Ivermectin several times and permethrin cream also several times. I've tried coconut oil and clove, peppermint and orange oil. I've spent $450 just at the laundry mat. The doctor/nurse practitioner will not even refer me to a dermatologist. I've been to the doctors clinic 8 times and the ER once with no results. I have tiny black biting mites and also white, cream and semi-transparant ones that are younger, I think. A dog had ear mites, mange and ticks and slept in my house plus we brought in chicken eggs without washing them and they had mites on them. I think I licked the chicken mites, hopefully because no more pin prick bites, but the demodex, seed ticks or scabies mites are eating me alive.

Dear, I am suffering from invisible scabbies and permethrin did not work for me.
The itch has spread into my hair and on my face also.
I do not have a bath tub and there is no space in my house to keep a bath tub.
What should I do.. please suggest. I wanna get rid of this hell.. A female relative of mine had come to live with me for a month and slept on my bed. Due to which I contracted this and forcefully made her leave now. She was very rude and spat a lot of rude words at me while leaving.. But, I knew, it was necessary for her to leave my place for me to get well.. She was taking no precautions to not spread the disease everywhere in my house - like different rooms, beds, furniture and would scratch her head like crazy at night while sleeping.
After permethrin did not work, I rubbed neem oil on my body&hair the next night which was yesterday. Also, I put in a thick layer of hair conditioner on my hair. But, I can still feel the itch and insects walking in my head and body. Also, I have started having itching at some new places and a bit deeper in my vagina.
Please help.

Stop living in hell and try my remedy.
Every night for a week I soaked in a HOT bath from the neck down. I poured a generous amount of all of the following items in the water:
-Bleach (not too much)
-Borax detergent
-Citrus mouthwash
-Neem oil
-Orange oil
-Tea Tree oil
-Aloe Vera
-Aloe vera lotion
-Peppermint oil soap
-Citrus soap
-Orange oil soap
-Bath salts (they contain sulfur)
I put a thick layer of vaseline around my neck and under my hair line so that the bugs couldn't spread upwards. I soaked for about 45 mins in the hottest temperature I could stand.
I also lathered myself in lotion after every bath that I mixed together myself, it contained:
-A lotion I got from Sprouts that was made with Neem and Aloe Vera
-Regular citrus flavored lotion
-Orange oil
-Neem oil
-Tea Tree oil
Every morning I took a regular shower before I applied the lotion mixture.
They say that the scabies won't move above your neck, but we all know that this isn't always true. At night I lathered my hair in a Tea Tree oil conditioner and slept in it overnight.(Also great for your hair :)) And applied a small amount of the lotion mixture on my face.
I also kept a tiny spray bottle with me at work and would spray my skin anytime I felt an itch, it contained: Water and orange oil.
Washing all of your belongings is VERY important. I washed all of my bedding EVERY DAY with regualr detergent, borax, and if possible bleach. Any clothes that you have come in contact with should go straight in the washing machine on HOT and dried in the dryer after any contact. Things that I could not wash I bagged up tightly and kept in the garage for a few months. For things I couldn't wash like the carpet, mattresses, and cloth furniture I made up a mixture in a spray bottle and sprayed them daily. I used and empty Windex bottle that contained: Water, about 1/5th parts bleach, and orange oil. I also sprinkled Borax on all of the carpet in my house and vaccummed it up daily.
I put all of my shoes and purses that couldn't be washed in the freezer for 3 days, and sprayed what I could with my special mixture.
I sprayed the inside of my car with my special mixture as well.
After about a week of all of this I felt about 90% better. I started slowing this down to about every 3 days after 1 week. After about 2 weeks of this, I WAS CURED!!!!! It has been about 4 months since I was cured and I finally feel like I have my life back, and I don't have to think twice about touching anyone and fearing that I am going to spread this horrible bug.
I read hundreds of "remedies," and also tried Permethrin TWICE with no results. I figured the best bet would be to combine most of the remedies I read together, and it worked.
Hopefully this remedy will work for all of you out there that read this, and just remember..there is hope.

I am 16 years old. I started getting these dots and marks and blisters all over me, itchy as fuck at night. So, I went to the doctor where he told me I had chicken pox. What I had did not even resemble chicken pox so i was quite skeptical. I finished the medicine he prescribed, used an oatmeal soap...and continued this for a week. NOTHING happened, it got worse. I went to the emergency room to get a different opinion, and he instantly told me I had scabies. I was fucking disgusted. He gave me the standard 5% cream shit, and some pills. The cream did not work, the pills didn't seem to do anything either. I was MISERABLE. I hated looking at myself, I still have some blemishes from it so I still hate it. But, I have found something that seems to seriously work. Sea salt scrub. I had some Rexal clear anti itch lotion, and I mixed it with sea salt. I didn't care, I was trying EVERYTHING to get rid of this shit. This seems to work wonders for me. It burns pretty bad not gonna lie, but in just hours I started seeing my legs and arms clearing up. I continue this everyday, and I coat my body in seasalt during showers. Seriously, If you're searching for a cure try sea salt. Those doctors seriously don't help much, I had to try and figure it out on my own, but I really hope this kills the fucking things permanently. This is the nastiest shit ever, and I'm tired of having scabies. Just saying the word gives me chills, ugh. But anyways, seriously try it. You might be surprised at what sea salt can do for you. :)

It is TRULY AMAZING that there is a SEA SALT COMPANY located in where? DELAND FLORIDA. You are a scam just like many many people on this forum.

Beware newbies.

What they do is post as true sufferers WASTING YOUR TIME and subtly pushing their product right here free on a scabies forum.

http://www.manta.com/c/mxgz5m2/the-american-s...

sea salt does NOT cure scabies. Scam artist. But you slipped.

So its been over a year, I feel like im going to go insane, after 6 tubes of prescribed creams/ sulfur soap. We still have em. So I noticed the clove mixex with vaseline works on my baby, fast cure but I ran out. So now I have neem and tea tree mixed in vaseline its really messy but seems to be helping. I also was using 10% sulfur cream
But it seemed to make em angry because under my arm it was really itchy and swelled. So clove seems to be the most effective, neem and tea tree. Clove bud oil has immediate effects stops itch and bumps go away. I applied directly on place of infestation, my kids I dilute as it burns and is very warm on skin. Gonna order more this week. Oh yea and I took some bleach baths uh yea wont do that again it burnt me. Gonna try cayanne pepper too this week. Also i started freezing items sheets and so on. We dont have washer or dryer so we freeze and put things in bags for weeks at a time. Really hard to treat 4 people in our home. But I am praying we almost have it under control.

All this stuff DOES NOT WORK TO CURE RESISTANT SCABIES.

Clove bud oil
Neem oil
cayenne pepper

as this does NOT CURE SCABIES.
