Re-infection...Worst Offenders

For a long time (I've had my "friends" for over a year) I would get my body totally cleared up only to have a massive and horribly itchy outbreak at my neck, shoulders, above/below breast and on stomach.

After a complete bed, pillow, blanket,...etc. revamp discovered that they were in my hair. Massive quantities of them !!

And trust me, if they are in your hair you are not getting rid of them on your body.

I couldn't figure out how they ( a major nest of them) got there.

Then one morning I was blow drying my hair and looked into my cup of coffee ( I drink tea or coffee all day)....guess what was there.
You can see the movement of them treading the dark liquid if you let the light reflect off the surface. I put the dryer in the freezer and stopped blow drying my hair.

Every time I take it out of the freezer (I give it 3 or so days) and check it by letting it blow into cool coffee or tea I see at least 4 or 5 floaters.

Since I stopped using that blow dryer I haven't had any more of that type of breakout.

Have you found any re-infection sources ?

You drank coffee with floaters in it at some point.

How are you getting them out of your hair? Just stopped using the blowdryer? I use a round blowdryer and just cleaned it.

Thanks Buggie....you just cured me of drinking coffee or tea while I do anything else. So much for multi-tasking!

I have tried everything(even clorine bleach and water)except A&H soaks and BB. Did A&H tonight. Hair was really hard to dry. I have thick hair..it is really long and wavy.

Wish me luck ...tomorrow is my birthday.
