I tried Ascabiol once and did not notice any improvement. I went with the BB because the Medical Entomologist told me it kills fastest of all in a lab setting and it is cheap, easy to use, goes a long way, does not smell and is not obvious.
The entomologist had no concerns about resistance with it.
It's best to use a good avermectin, like stromectol, and then use the Benzyl Benzoate lotion at the same time, and especially after the 24 hours after the ivermectin has had a change to go through your system. Remember, do not bath for 24 hours prior to taking ivermectin and for 24 hours after you take the ivermectin. Please let these meds work with the natural oils in your skin. They don't work as well if you keep on washing the natural oils out of your skin. I cannot emphasize this enough.

By consistency I mean do the same thing daily for six months. Topical plus a regular internal every 3 to 5 days.
Put energy into that and stop worrying about the Big M. Just kills the fg mites and every last egg they lay and it will all go away.
There is no way that there will be no cure to this if consistency is followed long term.
I am serious about the medication. Find a good anti-psych that works, keep notes on how you feel and be consistent with it and get outside for a walk in the sun every day and do some pushups to get your serotonin pumping.
You might turn into a valuable topix member and a nice guy once that obsession and rage gets under control. It's only caused by faulty adrenal hormones, out of balance neurotransmitters and poor training in childhood.
You can turn it around. So stop being a dick and consider these words without attacking automatically. You might find something that fits and feels right.
Anti-psychs don't work as well as an anti-depressant, which is made specifically for anger issues. Zoloft would work for someone who has anger issues. Anti-psychotics are hard core medications for people who have schitzophrenia and who hear voices. Anti-depressants or anti-anxiety would be better. Just my humble opinion here.

A doctor of psychology was doing his normal morning rounds when he entered a patient's room.

He found Patient #1 sitting on the floor, pretending to saw a piece of wood in half.

Patient #2 was hanging from the ceiling, by his feet.

The doctor asked patient number 1 what he was doing.

The patient replied, "Can't you see I'm sawing this piece of wood in half?"

The doctor inquired of Patient #1 what Patient #2 was doing.

Patient #1 replied, "Oh. He's my friend, but he's a little crazy. He thinks he's a lightbulb."

The doctor looks up and notices Patient #2's face is going all red.

The doctor asks Patient #1, "If he's your friend, you should get him down from there before he hurts himself"

Patient #1 replies, "What? And work in the dark?"

Thanks for the funny joke. We need some laughs on this forum. It helps. I don't mind you talking about meds. I think it's important to keep your mind sane if you can. I think anxiety medicine would help me a lot. I have really bad anxiety over this. I've lost a lot of weight.

About the bb- How did you guys use it? I've seen different ways. You can use it three days in a row, or you can use it three times in one day. I've been using it three times in one day. It dries my skin out pretty bad, so I'm afraid to use it every day. I used the bb three days after I took the liquid iver. When the iver wears off, I get itchy again. I'm going to try and wait until Monday to use the iver again because we're going on a driving trip to Arkansas on tuesday night. We'll be gone until Friday. I'm taking the iver Monday so I'll be itch free and protected for a few days! I'm also taking a tube of permethrin with me ( my last one ), just in case. Do yall think I'm prepared enough? Pray for me, to have NO NEW RASHES on my trip! Thank you for filling my thread with lots of useful stuff. Maybe this thread will help other people who come here seeking advice. People who are scared and feel alone. Keep the good information coming, lets fill this thread up with it, guys! I'll be gone a few days next week, but I'll be back. To read the ones I've missed. Jokes, too.

I've never heard of anyone applying a topical 3 times in one day; day after day.
It's usually once a week for no more than 4 weeks.

Okay this is where I'm at right now guys. I broke out again on my stomach last night really bad.I have rashes on my legs and arms. The bb hasn't been working at all. I've slowly gotten worse all week. I used the cattle perm last night because I was itching so bad. my head was itching and crawling really bad again, too. I had to wash the cattle perm off after three hours because my heart was racing so bad. I'm almost out of perm cream so I'm saving it for my hands and face. the cattle perm burns my face pretty bad. I felt better after I used it. It's been a week since I used the iver. I didn't use soap to wash it off just water. I'm not going to take a shower today. I'm hoping I still have enough on to help. I need your help, guys! Does anyone know where I can get 10% perm that doesn't have petroleum in it? What do you do when you run out of cream? Does anyone know where I can get perm cream? I found someone selling the small tubes on ebay. I have a derm. appointment April 3rd. I hope he can help me. If he can't I don't know what I'm going to do! I'm back to where I was in december before all three of us went to urgent care and got the cream. The cream worked the best for me. It made me feel normal again. I still broke out while I was using it but not as bad as this. I have rashes on my arms and legs and stomach. I don't know what to do any more! Please help me if you can!

I just got BB in the mail and added it to the topical I created - Quassia tea w/ alcohol, clove, TTO and oregano oil. Burned a bit... but definitely stopped the crawling. We'll see in the morning how it worked.

I use topicals all day long... I spray it anytime I feel a prick and when I rub it in a black spec appears.

BB does work when you use it. The key is not to use it day after day, as it can be hard on the skin and toxins accumulate.

Also, your statement that you only used water to wash your skin because you had either applied ivermectin or used ivermectin orally, and you said you didn't use soap??

My question to you is this....

The instructions are, do not wash your skin 24 hours prior to using ivermectin and 24 hours after using ivermectin, and the reason is because you want the natural oils to work with all meds that you are applying to your skin. This includes taking Stromectol ivermectin orally.

When you use water to wash off the meds, you are washing the meds off your skin. It doesn't matter whether you use soap or not. Any type of washing to your skin will remove meds and oils.

So, I'm just wondering your line of thinking here.

Can you explain?

Are you trying to steer people in the direction of using essential oils?

Your post seems strange...

You say you have an upcoming derm appointment, but you are looking online to buy the prescibed permethrin cream. Usually, a derm will prescribe permethrin to a patient with scabies without even doing a scraping. This is standard protocol.

Still, not understanding your line of thinking here.

You say that the cattle permethrin burned your skin and your heart was racing....

Okay, so permethrin is a NEURO TOXIN. From everything you've written, it would appear you are hurting yourself.

Best to stop everything, go the derm, and do as he/she instructs.

I could go on and on with your post....

You surely DO NEED HELP, and I would suggest you get to the derm's office and explain everything to him what you are doing. and plan on doing and just see what he/she has to say to you.

These meds were NOT created to use EVERY SINGLE DAY.

VSS;
It apparently didn't work on you because you just told me you were "very infected" two weeks ago, you sure have a lot of advice for someone who can't cure their own mite problem and you've been on this forum for 2 years.

Thank you fred for helping me with the troll. I'm sorry I vented so bad but I was pretty itchy. I've been feeling better since I used the iver. The crawling is a lot better esp. on my head. I know I'm bad when I feel the crawling during the day. I've seen where some people say their doctors told them that the crawling had nothing to do with the mites. I think that's VERY wrong!! The problem is that doctors don't listen to their patients any more. They believe the outdated information they get from a book. These doctors are failing us! As long as they get a big fat check they don't care. they run people through like cattle. Relying on doctors has become a thing of the past. If you have found a good doctor, stay with them, it's a rare thing to find a doc that cares any more. My mom has been going through chronic pain after a car accident she was in years ago. After EIGHT years she has finally found a doctor who will even listen to her!! She's been to EVERY kind of doctor she could go to. And do you want to know where this doc works? At a little small town clinic. She listens to her and talks to her. She's willing to try different meds. She's everything that a doctor should be. She's rare. I hope I'm lucky enough to find the same.
