Attempting to plan in advance for scabies

Hey guys. I have recently left home and caught scabies, I have had it for about 5-6 weeks now.

I have done one permethrin 5% treatment and am due to do another one in a few days. despite slight burning it instantly gave me relief when I applied it and I had the best night's sleep i'd had in ages that night however after that I began to itch again. The doctor said I would continue to itch but this is frustrating as in this respect it seems like it is hard to tell whether they have gone. Additional red bumps have appeared since doing the treatment so does this mean they have not gone?

Anyway my main reason for this post is this; In around a months time I will be going back home (Home 1) for Christmas and will be there for around 1 month, during this time no one will be living in my current house (Home 2). So Home 1 is not infected as I haven't been there since I have had scabies. This seems like a really good opportunity to get rid of scabies if I have every thing in place prior to my arrival to home 1. I have read a lot about different remedies but am yet to try any.

I am trying to make a list of essentials for when I arrive at home 1 to try and battle this, from what I have read it seems like essentials should be as follows:

Plastic Bed Sheet;
Enzyme Spray;
Borax (for laundry and baths);
Hydrogen Peroxide (for laundry and baths).

and what my initial plan is is to put all my clothes from home 2 in air tight bags and have extra outfits available at home 1 for me. I also intended on bathing in Dead Sea Bath Salts and Borax and Hydrogen Peroxide.

Does anyone have anything they would add to the list of essentials?
I have also read things about Neem Oil or Sulfur or even just bathing in ordinary Sea Salt, would anyone recommend?

Also as nobody will be living in home 2 for a month can I assume that upon return it will be scabies free as there would be no hosts for the scabies?

And just to clarify I don't have a bath at home 2. I also don't have a washing machine at home 2 so have to pay every time I wash laundry making washing every day a hard system to follow, even if it is necessary.

All help would be appreciated as I just want to get rid of these mites so I can carry on a normal life and stop feeling depressed.

Thank You

Before you leave your home you should let some spider bombs off. Also I would add windex to spray where every you go, and some Lysol wipes, also get some moth balls to put in your shoes. Good luck
