I know of one person on here who was using a sea salt soak for 2 hours then putting on a shower cap with salt in it. What I found after considering Catzillaa's recommendation for a salt bath is a thread on the curezone about dead sea salt being used so I read in other places that DSS cures scabies.

Dead Sea salt has almost no sodium (10%) when compared to table salt (90%). The salts found in the Dead Sea are mineral salts. All ocean salt contains minerals, but the salts of the Dead Sea contain a much higher concentration of minerals than other salts. These minerals include zinc, iodine, potassium, calcium, bromides, and many more.

You can buy DSS in a lot of places but your gonna need a bunch for this very healthy therapy, I found you can get 20 pounds of it on Ebay for $30, just telling the cheapest source I found.

Use 2 pounds of dead sea salt in a bath as hot as you can stand and get a bath brush so you can reach your back, stay in there for at least an hour, scrub everywhere and scrub the solution into your scalp. You can also take the salt that your putting into the bath and apply it straight to an affected area that is wet and scrub it in, you'll feel it penetrate. Scrub your head real good with the salt.

It's a war of attrition. You can do a lot of things to tackle your environment but since you are the source of them it doesn't matter much. It takes a couple weeks but you'll have no environment issue if you take away their food source.

The best thing I've found to kill them in the bathtub out of the seemingly infinite amount of things I used is Dead Sea Salt. Dead Sea Salt has a different mineral makeup than sea salt or epsom salt, It kills them AND it penetrates places like your feet and kills them there too.

Dead Sea Salts are much different than sea salt or epsom salt.

I used 4 things in my war.

Dead Sea salt bath/scrub x 1 hour min daily followed by sulfur topical

2oz humco sublimed sulfur
2oz mustard oil
2 oz baby oil.

I also took a 3x dose of Ivermectin every 4 days for a month, Eqvalan horse paste. I know it's not stromectol but it's the exact same molecule so that does not matter at all as long as your buying a quality paste like Eqvalan (merial)

I also 2 series of Albendazole, I believe that the reason alot of long term sufferers can't clear themselves with topicals is that they have internalized,I know they did with me, the ivermectin and albendazole are synergistic. And there are studies about Albendazole and scabies.
The course of treatment I used for the albendazole
I found on the curezone and modified slightly, I took 600mg 2x daily for 10 days then 5 days off then 10 days on. I used Valbazen (pfizer) oral suspension for sheep.

You need to get a bath brush and work the DSS into
your skin in the tub, I used 2lbs in a full hot tub.
I had this biting sensation in my back in a few places and i took the bath brush and scrubbed that area reel good, scrub everywhere.

Very helpful.I love to try new things. It give me hope.I will get everything you used..and will see.I bought everything out there...and nothing helps.Dr.only prescribe permethrin 5%..I went trough 6 treatments and nothing good so far..I use sulfur soap and sulfur cream twice a day(I bought sublimed sulfur and mix it with body lotion). This is what help me most..Everything else like different oils and creams that claim to cure scabies...didn't work.
I also take every day like 6000mg garlic ,fresh ground cloves capsules and vitamin B-12.I cut sugar totally out from my diet.
The problem is that they keep coming back every 7-8 days..The moment I think I am cured and my skin cleared up ,they come back..That drives me crazy.

I have tried the hot baths with the dead sea salt for the last few nights but still have crawling sensation and visible bites the next day. I have done the permethring treatment twice now with a week break inbetween. My boyfriend is being treated also , but he is not convinced that he has it and only did the one perm treatement so far . I cover myself in olive and teetree oil mixed with orange oil during the day . nothing is helping.
I have been very rigorous about cleaning, mattress is coveered in plastic and washing clothes , bedsheets round the clock. I think my boyfriend must be the source but just doesnt' display the symptoms I am experienceing. This is indeed hell.
I am going away in a few weeks and need to get rid of this before then. I am at my wits end. This forum is very helpful in general although when it's very distutubing to hear tales of the those who just cant' seem to shake them

Those oils wont help. You need sulfur soap and ointment. Also use coconut oil rather than any other oil. For some reason it does kill some of the surface mites and loosen debre in the skin. You will notice black specks here and there on your skin in about 20 minutes completely covered in coconut oil.

It is possible that you have cleared the mites and dealing with the reaction of the cream and dead mites under the skin. However if the itching becomes worse at night they may be still there.

Try the “extra vergin coconut oil” from head to toe (starting from the head working your way down!) for one half hour or longer if you can stand it. Them scan your skin for the black specks on the skin. IF you see a lot, its working. Repeat daily. Wash off with the sufur soap.

With the Sulfur soap, lather up scrub it in the skin, leave on for 10 minutes minimum and then rinse. Its drying to the skin so moisturize with a decent lotion.

Once a week soak in a tub of bleach, about one cup for min of ten min in a full hot as you can stand it, tub.

thank you so much , I was thinking the oils weren't helping much . i used coocunut oil when i had symptoms first, but stopped to use permethrin. I am parnaoid that i might have "contaminated" the container ofcoconut oil from using it when i was infected? so perhaps should buy a new pot entirely. Unfortunately it doesn't seem possible to get sulfur products where i live . I have been trying to trace a supplier but haven't found one yet. so will have to order online
I was thinking of doing the bleach baths, but fearful of it damaging my skin. but at this stage i will try anything . thanks again

I have just started taking salt internally according to the lymephotos.com protocol in moderation. I first took 3 teaspoons of regular table salt 1 tsp. per 24 0z. of water, one in the morning, noon, and evening and did this 2 days in a row with very good results. I had an area that was really broken out and itching and it cleared right up and no more itching. We have to be careful with salt consumption as it can damage your kidneys give you high blood pressure etc. And drinking lots of water to flush the salt out does not work entirely I did research on this. So what I am doing instead, is taking the salt internally 3 times a week with a day of rest in between and epsom salt baths (2 cups) on the days that I take the salt internally. In between this treatment I continue to take the food grade hydrogen peroxide per one minute cure article. I have no more black specks. I am making progress with this. I know that the FG peroxide has helped immensely but the salt I think is the key to all of this judging from the results I have experienced. I know we all want an instant cure but I think it all depends on how long you have had the problem that determines how long it takes to get rid of it as well and of course cleaning the environment etc. Just my experience to share. I am hopeful for the first time, and I have tried it all, this so far has worked the best for me.

My 3 year old daughter just got diagnosed with scabies yesterday. She's been itching for a couple of weeks. I have no idea where they came from. I'm soaking her in hydrogen peroxide and borax and tea tree. It looks like it's getting worse. She's scratching them and they're starting to bleed. I'm bathing her 2 times a day in this solution. I haven't used the poison from the doctor yet because I'm afraid. Has anyone tried naturasil? No one else in the family has them yet. I'm feeling super stressed. Does anyone think it's possible they could have came from sand? We have pet rabbits and a hamster. I'm wondering if they can really came from your pets even though the information you read says no.

Humans can get infected by animal mites. Many suffers here have. Perm can be used in children 3 years old and younger. The whole family should get treated.

Try wearing disposable gloves and rubbing her down with either vaseline or coconut oil from head to toe. Massage it into the skin for at least a half hr. then wash it off. Do this daily. It should help.

This forum has been quiet. I see the advertising tigers are out in full force. Naturasil doesn't cure scabies. Far from it. It might help in between treatments of iver and permethrin, but it DOESN'T CURE.
