Scabies Cure, Non Toxic, Easy & Inexpensive, Part 1
==========
If you have fibers coming out of skin, then you have Morgellons. STOP & read all messages at this thread:

If you have Morgellons, my scabies cure will not help you.
Review of things that resulted in my cure.
==========
Any Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth is required. Do NOT breath the dust & use a dust mask if required.
http://www.divinehealthyproducts.com/deflour....
1) Bedroom
* Enclose mattress, box springs, pillows into zippered bags.
* Place Bed supports, furniture legs into pie pans or cookie pans sprinkled liberally with DE.
* Sprinkle DE over the box spring & on mattress.
* Lightly sprinkle DE into sheets each morning.
* Sprinkle DE along floor molding, into shoes + slippers.
2) Spray mix 25% DE, 75% Windex once a week.
* Furniture, car upholstery & carpeting, bathrobe
3) Computer Spray keyboard, screen with Windex weekly.
4) House cleaning normal as always
5) Showers 4 times per week, normal and nothing special except-
* Use sulfur soap, Sulfer8 Shampoo. Rinse as usual, towel dry.
* Rub Sulfer8 Medicated Cream over breakout areas
6) Laundry: Let DE do all of your hard work.
* your normal laundry routines, keep dirty laundry in your usual laundry bin. Wash Bed sheets weekly.
* Use Arm & Hammer detergent, 20 mule team Borax, and bleach for whites, peroxide for darks in HOT water. Dry HOT.
7) Change clothes every day, I take clean clothes from the bottom of the pile. Remember that Scabbies die within 4 days without their meal.
8)Drum Roll..... Now for the miracle cure.
25% DE mixed into 75% Grapeseed Oil. Apply to entire body in morning and before going to bed. Also again on any itchies. Leave it on the skin until the normal 4x a week shower.
9) Grapeseed oil notes
* absorbed into the skin, leaves skin silky smooth & healthy
* leaves a film of DE over skin surface
* leaves DE into and around Scabies molting burrows.
* Kills all surface mites

MISC NOTES Part 2
==========
Expensive POISONS such as Benzamul, Permethrin, Lindane or Ivermectin ? FORGET IT!
I quit taking the tub soaks, could not see worthwhile results, and IMO were also toxic, hash to skin.
I quit on stinkin things like Neem Oil, Cedarcide.
Dramatic results were seen within 1 month, keep it up for 2 more months to prevent reinfection. There you have it. Cured of Scabbies with minimal disruptions to my life many thanks to the Miracle of Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth.
Grapeseed Oil is also a miracle product. I apply it to my feet every morning. It has cured my cracked, scaling, fugly feet and even cleared up my fugly toenails!
Why does this non-toxic approach work?
It makes the critters crawl through a KILLER at every turn. They can't get to or from our bed without crawling through DE. They can't get to you under the sheets without crawling through DE. If, by some miracle they get to your skin, they are hit again with the film of DE left from the Grapeseed oil. They are hit once again by DE coming out of their nesting burrow, or from their molting pouch. I also suspect that Grapeseed Oil smothers them to death. That is for someone else to research. This might explain why my wife never got Scabies... she covers herself in grapeseed oil after her showers. Makes her dry skin silky smooth and removes many wrinkles.
Some of us are taking DE internally. We are detailing our results here - See this link for more:
http://www.topix.com/forum/health/scabies/TV6...
Do an internet search for the best prices on Grapeseed oil + food grade DE. We bought a 10 lb bag for ourselves & the neighbors. I buy Grapeseed oil by the dozen. We use it for cooking, salads, rubbing oil, and on my feet.
Best of luck to all,
My DE cure should work equally well for ALL forms of mites, bedbugs, and even bird lice. Get your lives back to normal and stop using the expensive poisons & harsh chemicals. Stop wasting your valuable time on needless washing, cleaning, trips to the expensive doctors.

My work here at Topix is now winding down. I will be leaving soon for new projects since curing my Scabies. If you have questions now is the time to ask.

When I first arrived at this message group, I could just not believe the incredible suffering that many of you have endured ! It was just one horror story after another. I said to myself that this problem of skin mites could not possibly be so difficult to resolve. Some of you have even been suffering for YEARS! This situation was just unbelievable. How could the medical profession possibly be so inept as to let patients suffer so much? Why don't they prescribe the obvious solution of Diatomacious Earth early on? Some even said their doctors called them crazy, or even refused to look at or touch their skin condition. How insane is THAT?

Even the complex problem of Morgellons has its solution in DE and again this is overlooked by the medical profession.

Sorry, but this just doesn't make any sense. But now that you folks know, please help the suffering Newbees with the information on Food Grade Diatomacious Earth.

Someone once told me that doctors don't want cheap fixes like DE because they don't make enough money from it. Do doctors get a kickback or commissions for prescriptions that they write? Me thinks yes. Does anyone know for sure?

I will post all of my notes in a message before I hit the trail.

Vann, how long have you been using the grapeseed oil and DE. How long till you started seeing results. What type of scabies do you have.... nodules? If so, are they healing already. How is the itching. I can ask questions all day lol, sorry. Just curious as the expensive products ive been using for like 2-3 weeks and still getting the nite itch. Makes me feel like its not working. Look at my other post if you want. We need you around here, you give lots of great info. Maybe you should become a scabies specialist. Anyway congrats on it working for you, and hope for the best!

I should have kept a detailed diary of this affliction.

Vann, how long have you been using the grapeseed oil and DE.
** I started at xmas around Dec 25th.

How long till you started seeing results.
** Results were obvious by Jan 5th. It was my wife who first said I was cured. I didn't believe it because I was still itching. Now there is no more itching, no more fresh welts and all the old welts are gone. Just a few scabs left.

What type of scabies do you have.... nodules?
** See the many photos I provided.

Just curious as the expensive products ive been using for like 2-3 weeks and still getting the nite itch. Makes me feel like its not working.
** You are not washing your clothes as directed by nearly everyone here and myself. You are likely to be re-infecting yourself just from your inadequate laundry practice.

A complete cure requires MUCH MORE than killing scabies.
1) Stop them from crawling from the floor into your bed & furniture, and back down to the floor.
Put zipper bags around pillows, mattress & box spring.
2) Kill them in your shoes, your bathrobe, car seat
3) Kill them in your washing machine
4) Kill them in your bedding
5) Kill them as they come out of their burrows & molting pouches from under your skin.
6) Kill them on everything you touch, such as keyboard.
There is only one product that can do all of this and that is DE and following directions.

If you skip any one of these vital steps, you are likely to be re-infected and in for years of suffering.

Last, you are going to have some amount of itching after the scabies are gone because of the feces, dead mites & exo-skeletons left under your skin.

We need you around here, you give lots of great info. Maybe you should become a scabies specialist.
** Sorry but I have other things to do.

I will be reporting progress if any for the wife & I taking DE internally at this thread:
http://www.topix.com/forum/health/scabies/TV6...

Best of luck to all,
Vann

One additional thing.. BEWARE OF SOAKING IN THE TUB !!

Whatever chemicals you put into the tub are going to be absorbed into your body, and WILL affect your skin. People here are causing themselves needless suffering by giving themselves DERMATITUS from chemicals they are soaking themselves in and poisonous or harsh creams, and general ABUSE to their skin!

Look carefully at photos of dermatitis:
http://www.aafp.org/fpr/assembly2004/1016/5.h...
Same itching, redness & welts. Can you tell the difference between Scabies and Dermatitis? I DON'T THINK SO !

So I say that whatever you people do, it MUST be non-toxic!

First off, I am doing all of these steps, and have been. I use Borax in the laundry, and wash my clothes everysingle day!!!!!!!!!! My sheets wash everyday in warm water with borax. We have another laundry additive from scabies killer saying it kills the mites which we use as well. You must have misunderstood me. We have a spray that claims to kill them as well which we spray all over the house everyday! I will keep posting about my results back in my post.

Sad101,
Since you have all the symptoms of Morgellons, your case is special. If I were you, I would solicit the opinions of the Morgellons Discussion Group here:
http://www.morgellons-disease-research.com/Mo...
These people have been focusing on Morgellons for years and have all the best answers for you. I do not feel qualified to give advice on Morgellons.

I would not put DE in my eyes. Maybe their is a way to put it on your eyelids and eyelashes with a thick paste of DE and your favorite skin cream. Let us know what you find out. Why would you want to put DE in your eyes?

Vann,

I thought I had Morgellons but upon closer inspection, i do not have black fibers coming out of my skin.

Was thinking of putting DE in my eyes cos sulfur is too stinging, one of the post suggest putting iodine...which is dangerous. I have got no idea of any other way to get rid of them in and around my eyes.

One more question : I read you showered, did you do that everyday or you leave the DE and keep reapplying without showering until the 4th day? The only thing I am afraid of is I did not leave the DE long enough to work. I read that it may take 48hours for the DE to work [BUT this is on carpets etc, not on body]. So, i am not sure as to how long should i keep it on to be effective.

Thanks Vann!

Sad101,
I shower 4 times each week at the gym. It is just a normal shower using a wash cloth and brush, and normal rinse. The only thing special is sulfur soap, and Sulfur8 shampoo. After the shower, I apply Sulfur8 medicated cream which is has the consistency of petroleum jelly. I apply this over all affected skin areas.

I also apply the mix of Diatomaciuous Earth mixed into Grapeseed oil DE 25%- Oil 75% every morning and every evening 7 days a week.

Next is the vital bed. Supports for the bed rest in pie pans containing DE. The bugs cannot get into or out of the bed without being killed. Sprinkle DE into the sheets every morning. Zippered bags for mattress, box spring, & pillows. Protect all of your furniture with similar pie pans or cookie tins covered in DE.

Lastly spray a mix of Windex & DE on all furniture.

The bugs get zapped at every turn as they seach for their next meal [you].

IMO, your 1st 5 photos clearly show Morgellons and your knuckles are also clearly Morgellon symptoms.

Please show these photos to the Morgellon experts at this discussion group:
http://www.morgellons-disease-research.com/Mo...
Also ask them about your eyes. Morgellons sufferers also use DE but in very special ways and they have special treatments for the eyes.

PLEASE, PLEASE see a doctor before messing around with your eyes. Scabies just doesn't go into the eyes, but Morgellons does.

PS) If I were you, I would immediately sign into the above Morgellons message board based on your photos.

Sad101 ,as an interim measure I'd recommend using Johnson's Baby shampoo in and around your eyes .It doesn't sting and is what is recommended by ophthalmologists for eye-infections.I also get bitten in the eyes and stinging eyelids. J's B Shampoo seems to reduce this.
I haven't ordered any DE yet as I'm unsure of which UK site to trust.Did you get yours from Diatom X ? I think you did but can't find your post.

Hi Sad101,

Their site is pretty slick but that's not difficult to do nowadays and means nowt. I rang the number (a mobile obviously) and talked to a bloke who said it was food grade etc.
I think a legit website should have a landline phone number and a verifiable address . Perhaps it's early days re delivery considering the weather we've been having..who knows..I'll set up an address ...good luck and best wishes.(are you a Londoner ?

It is a miracle, folks. My scabies condition continues to clear up DRAMATICALLY. Nearly all scabs are gone, no itching at all, no new bumps or red areas in over two weeks.

The Miracle of Grapeseed Oil is nourishing the skin allowing for RAPID healing, and the film of DE left behind kills the little bastards as they molt.

Quit abusing yourselves in chemical soaks, and toxic drugs. This is the BEST and FASTEST way to rid yourselves of mites of every kind.

Sad101,
Ohhh my GAWD!!! You've been suffering 3 years??? YIKES! I really feel for you. I wish you a speedy recovery.

The folks at this message board have been doing similar things with DE. However they are so much more desperate!
http://www.morgellons-disease-research.com/Mo...

They have also been mixing DE into a paste to apply to all their breakouts. It draws strange Morgellons creatures out of their lesions. Even on bumps that are not inflamed, it draws weird creatures out of their skin. So I suggest go for it, and let us know if your improved procedures work for you. They are all taking DE internally, working themselves up 2 or even more heaping tablespoons a day.

Since my results have been so fantastic, I don't really think you need to go overboard using DE, but it can't hurt, so why not?

Bless you,
Vann

Vann, I'm just wondering about the sulphur soap and and shampoo and stuff. Does it stink horribly?? I want to try it but I don't want to stink every day at work. I'm also allergic to sulpha drugs so I need to call my doctor to see if I can even use the sulphur products. Also, where did you buy them at? Do you have to get them online? I've been dealing with scabies for about 8 months now and I'm to the point where it's starting to affect me in other ways. My face has broken out with Rosacea as a result of being stressed and all the medicines I've been taking. DE is about the only thing I haven't tried but your post is going to make me start calling around to find where to buy it!

If you are in Texas, Walmarts and Kmarts have a Spanish language section near the pharmacy (I have never found Sulfur8, I looked for it for over a year in the afro american hair section I was told, and I've heard it's gentle for babies and children), but if you want to use Pomado de Azufre 10% sulfur cream (I give it ten stars and usually buy a lot of jars at once) it's about $5 a jar, small yellow plastic jar, sometimes says it's for acne, and there sometimes is the sulfur soap available near it also in yellow packaging. On advice I got here, I used the cream full body topically for a month straight. It did eventually bother my face and neck area. So now I just use it before bed on my feet and certain spots. My shampoo is head and shoulders blue bottle selenium sulfide dandruff shampoo. I have bleached and tinted hair and it's been fine. I just bought DE for the first time at an herb store ($4.40 two pounds).

Sarah,
My sulfur soap, sulfur8 cream and sulfur8 shampoo do not stink. These are all low sulfur products, 2% sulfur and less. I did not want high sulfur products because sulfur is toxic to the skin. I don't want to create more problems {Dermatitus} than I cure. I was miserable enough just suffering with Scabies.

In fact, I am not even sure that the sulfur is even required. I assume that my DE mix into Grapeseed Oil did ALL the work. If you have an allergy to sulfur, then I think you are safe in just using your regular soap. However do use a cream on your problem areas. I suggest using your favorite skin cream and mix into it 25% DE. If you don't have a fav cream, then use Vaseline.

People here are creating nasty problems for themselves. Just look at these Dermatitis photos:
http://www.skinsight.com/adult/drugEruption.h...
http://www.skinsight.com/adult/contactDermati...
http://www.skinsight.com/adult/irritantContac...
http://www.aafp.org/fpr/assembly2004/1016/5.h...
http://health.allrefer.com/health/eczema-atop...
http://www.dermnet.com/Seborrheic-Dermatitis/...
http://www.dermnet.com/Seborrheic-Dermatitis/...
We definitely don't need THESE problems. The skin is very delicate + sensitive and whatever we do, we MUST make NON-TOXIC a high priority.

Best of luck to you,
Vann
