Dont try my dosage as I used 3x dosage each time. Each round went for 3 days. I was very aggressive. I used liquid Ivermectin, Ivomec for sheep. If you find the 'progress' thread there are very accurate dosages and information from a very knowledgable man

That sounds like it would kill the hatchlings better..........

I can recommend a reputable pharmacy (Ivermectin)- http://www.generic-medshop.com/catalog/Antibi... I received the order and it was on time and the pills work great.

11 days apart is too long, that period allows eggs to hatch, reach maturity and lay more eggs before the next treatment kills them. I was infested and used 2 treatments 7 days apart and I am scabie free now. A 5 day cycle can be too short for 2 treatments but for say 4 treatments it would be effective.

Use 2mg's per 10 kg of bodyweight e.g. 80kg person = 16mg.

Obviously make sure you keep your environment clean (clothes, bedding, furnishings etc). Good luck.

" While there is a paucity of published controlled clinical trials of the best course of action in this setting, we have had some success at the Royal Darwin Hospital using a protocol for such recalcitrant crusted scabies that includes up to seven doses of ivermectin (at least 200 μg/kg/dose given on days 0, 1, 7, 8, 14, 21, and 28) together with topical benzyl benzoate (full body application initially every 23 days), and topical keratolytic creams. I would take the permethrin cream 7 days from the first time you applied the cream and then 5 days later take the iver pills.
