Why am I so unlucky.

After 2 does of ivermectin and permethryn I am 90% cleared up.

The biting and itching is seemingly less now 2 weeks later even.

While at work I felt a bite on my shoulder and I tried to just ignore it. Then it seemed irritated so I squeezed the spot, the normal junk came out.

My coworker then says "stop, don't move" she proceeds to get a tissue and grabs at my neck.

A bug, looking like a tick, but with wings.

I go to the bathroom and look at the wound. Much like the spots, it had a red ring around it but covered most of my shoulder blade.

Now if I get worse again, I do not know if it's just that the treatment wasn't enough, been reinfected or now it's battle of 2 germs.

I hate my life.

That's really weird, I'm sorry man :(

Maybe just a fluke bug that landed on you?

Yeah, I saved it and trying to determine what kind of bug it is.

It's all beginning to add up.

Since this bug bit me, I am now rapidly getting worse again.

It's now obvious these skin symptoms are mostly caused by my immune system flooding my pores trying to fight something that has a hold on me.

This bug bite amplified my body's response and now healing wounds are all beginning to grow.

I changed nothing in my routine and now since I have no medications I expect another trip to the emergency room soon.

It's a shame, these past couple weeks have been wonderful. Areas of my skin totally cleared up. My neck and face looked healthy again. Some scarring of course but I've felt like my old self at times.

2 treatments and my vision even improved. My skin squeaked in the shower. People responded to me much better.

Now, just tonight, some of the spots even remind me of how it looked at the beginning. If my next month becomes like that I will probably work on packing up the car and going as far away from this place I can.

In searching the net to identify this bug, I found this

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Filariasis_ (domestic_animals)

I now believe the doctors were right, for me it's not scabies
