Adult children can take the responsibility of taking care of their aging parents especially now that aging in place is becoming a popular choice. However, this task will require your full attention, test your patience and can lead to stress. It's a demanding job to take but it's worth it because according to the recent study conducted by John Hopkins, those who provide caregiving to their loved ones live 9 months longer compared to those who don't have caregiving responsibilities. As a matter of fact, the risk of death to those who are taking care of their aging family members decreased by 18%. You can read the full article here: .
