Interesting, since fossil evidence shows that dinosaurs suffered arthritis 150 million years ago. That's 150 million years before the first vaccines were developed.

And then there's this:

"Adult Vaccines Not Linked to Rheumatoid Arthritis
Findings May Help Quell Concerns About Vaccinations in Adults

Nov. 8, 2010 (Atlanta)-- Despite fears to the contrary, common adult vaccinations are not associated with an increased risk of developing rheumatoid arthritis, a large study suggests.

Swedish researchers studied 1,998 people with RA and 2,252 people who did not have the disorder.

A total of 31% of people with RA reported they had been vaccinated within the five years prior to disease onset, says Camilla Bengtsson, PhD, an epidemiologist at the Institute of Environmental Medicine of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm.

The same portion of people without RA -- 31%-- said they had been vaccinated, she says.

To avoid bias, the groups were matched based on age, gender, and place of residence.

"Vaccines did not increase the risk of rheumatoid arthritis," Bengtsson tells WebMD."

Yeah, people with advanced degrees, doing real, peer reviewed research are not nearly as believable as random bloggers, who tell you what you want to hear.

Like you? peer review means little today. With millions and billions at stake they bipass any need for peer review. So dinosaurs had arthritis, big deal. In todays world children get arthritis, and old person's disease explain that mr advanced degree. i know people from all walks of life, numerous doctors. They aren't anything like you portray them. Some couldn't hammer a nail they are such bozo's. Many doctors have mental health issues. We had one who fire bombed his house to spite his wife. Yeah the old advanced degree ha ha ha

So, when you get sick, do you avoid doctors and rely upon the opinions of random bloggers? Or do you wait for the truth to reveal itself to you in a dream?

Arthritis has been around forever (in humans it occurred as far back as 4500 B.C.) While it's true that certain exposures (like tobacco smoke) make it more likely to occur, there's no evidence that vaccinations are one of those exposures.

DUH OLD MAN. the MMR does, within a short period. Vaccine ingredients change because of the way the body reacts. They have stopped using chimp and monkey because of HIV and SV40 contamination. Chicken cause antibodies to attack mylein sheath in the brain. Live virus in the MMR does what live virus deas, replicate until killed or it keeps replicating. measle virus attacks joints and causes forms of inflamation AKD athritis.

It's true that the MMR causes a TEMPORARY arthritis in a minority of women. What we are talking about is chronic arthritis.

"About 15% of women who receive the rubella vaccine or MMR will develop acute arthritis or swelling of the joints. This condition is usually very short-lived."

The effects of smoking are not as pronounced on RA risk as they are on lung cancer risk. Studies show that smoking is responsible for about 90% of lung cancer cases, but smoking’s effect on RA is similar to its effect on heart disease risk.

According to the new study, RA risk is related to how much a person smokes, how long a person smokes, and the presence of certain antibodies in the blood that are associated with RA, namely ACPA antibodies.

One teeny blurb of maunstream opinion. Its more complex than that. Likely a different issue altogether. "SHORT LIVED" yea just like vaccine injury is rare and mild, but it includes, paralysis, death, seizures, chronic fatique syndrome. And the NVIC in the USA was created for no reason? VARES created for no reason? TWO congressional hearings on vaccines- autism for no reason? Guys like you are as blind as anyone can be. You'll say no evidence when its everywhere.

" "Crank" is a pejorative term used for a person who holds an unshakable belief that most of his or her contemporaries consider to be false. A crank belief is so wildly at variance with those commonly held as to be ludicrous. Cranks characteristically dismiss all evidence or arguments which contradict their own unconventional beliefs, making rational debate a futile task, and rendering them impervious to facts, evidence, and rational inference."

Sorry, Winnipeg, but you are the one saying that mainstream science is wrong, and that you know better. And it's also pretty obvious that you have no formal training in science. That makes you a "crank."
